Focus on: brand/category, current platform & market, revenue/AOV/margin, target markets (or AI recommend), budget, fulfillment and warehouse/supplier info. Compliance/cost fields are optional.


How to Use (3 Steps)

  1. Enter business basics and current performance.
  2. Set target markets/budget and fulfillment details.
  3. Click Generate Expansion Plan and open History.
