A: The operation steps are as follows:
Step 1: Go to the "Products" module > Listing Management > Find the online store product to be associated, click the data in the "SP SKU/Store SKU" column > Select the local SP product to be associated > Click Confirm. (Use the same steps to associate other online store products with local SP products)
Step 2: Go to the Inventory Synchronization page (Warehouse > Inventory > Inventory Synchronization), hover over the store warehouse you want to use as the source inventory, and click "Enable". For stores on other channels, enable "Auto-update inventory to platform", select the source channel warehouse(s) you want to synchronize from the "Channel Warehouse" dropdown in the pop-up window (multiple selections supported), then click "Confirm".
After completing the above two steps, you can associate and synchronize product inventory across stores on different channels.
Q: Why does the inventory value on a certain channel remain constant instead of changing with the actual inventory?
A: This usually occurs because a maximum inventory limit has been set. Please check the maximum inventory value.

Q: Can unpaired overseas warehouse inventory list products be shipped via SellingPilot?
A: Overseas warehouse products must be paired with SellingPilot products (Products > Product Master List) to be fulfilled and shipped via SellingPilot. Unpaired overseas warehouse products do not support fulfillment through SellingPilot.

A: The status of an overseas warehouse shipment order generated in SellingPilot will not be updated immediately. The status will only be synced to SellingPilot after the shipment is actually completed.
Q: Can the authorized overseas warehouse list be modified or reselected? Will new warehouse SKUs be synchronized to SellingPilot after reselection?
A: Yes, you can modify or reselect warehouses by clicking "Modify Warehouse" on the page. After reselection, the new warehouse SKUs will trigger the synchronization of overseas warehouse SKUs to SellingPilot.
Q: What should I do if I can't find the overseas warehouse service provider I'm using?
A: If you can't find your overseas warehouse service provider, click the text "Can't find your overseas warehouse?" next to the service provider list in the "Add Overseas Warehouse Authorization" pop-up window to feedback the service provider to SellingPilot for future integration.
