Points Rules and Redemption Guide

The following content is based on the current points rules plan and is intended to help you quickly understand how to earn points, what they can be redeemed for, and how validity works.


How to Earn Points

General Rules

  • Register an account: 10 points
  • Bind a store: 10 points. You receive a one-time 10-point reward for each store you bind.
  • Daily login: 5 points/day
  • Participate in a survey: 50 points. One-time reward per account.
  • Submit user feedback: 10 points/submission
  • Refer a new customer to register an account: 10 points. One-time reward for each new customer account.
  • Refer a new customer to bind a store: 30 points. One-time reward for each new customer account.

Product Features

  • List products: Earn 10 points for every 50 products listed through SellingPilot, capped at 50 points per month.
  • Automatic repricing: Use the SellingPilot auto repricing feature to receive 20 points. One-time reward per account.
  • One-click migration: Use the SellingPilot one-click migration feature to receive 100 points. One-time reward per account.

Order Features

  • Order shipment: Earn 20 points for every 10 shipped orders.

Notes:

  • Only orders shipped through SellingPilot are eligible for points.
  • Orders shipped through external channels do not earn points.
  • Shipment points have a lifetime cap of 500 points.

AI Customer Service

  • Email binding reward: 100 points. One-time reward for the first email binding.
  • Automation rule setup: 50 points. One-time reward for the first successful creation and run.
  • Email processing: Earn 10 points for every accumulated 10 emails processed, with a lifetime cap of 300 points.

Points Redemption

Add-on Packs

  • Order add-on pack: 100 points
  • Store add-on pack: 400 points
  • AI add-on pack: 400 points

Value-added Services

  • Industry report download: 150 points/report
  • Email processing credits: 200 points/100 times
  • AI product information optimization: 50 points/30 times
  • AI image generation (asset images, scene images, similar-image variations, etc.): 200 points/10 images

Validity

  • Points themselves do not expire
  • Content redeemed with points is valid for 1 year

Q: How can I earn points?

A: You can earn points by registering an account, binding stores, logging in daily, participating in surveys, submitting user feedback, referring new customers, listing products, using auto repricing, using one-click migration, shipping orders through SellingPilot, and using AI customer service related features.

Q: Can all point rewards be earned repeatedly?

A: No. Some rewards are one-time only, such as account registration, auto repricing, one-click migration, email binding rewards, and automation rule setup. Other rewards may be granted daily, monthly, or based on usage volume, depending on the specific rule.

Q: Are there any limits on points?

A: Some point rewards do have limits. For example, product listing rewards are capped at 50 points per month; order shipment rewards have a lifetime cap of 500 points; and email processing rewards have a lifetime cap of 300 points.

Q: Do orders shipped through external channels earn points?

A: No. Shipment points only apply to orders shipped through SellingPilot. Orders shipped through external channels are not included in the points reward program.

Q: What can points currently be redeemed for?

A: Points can currently be redeemed for order add-on packs, store add-on packs, AI add-on packs, industry report downloads, email processing credits, AI product information optimization, and AI image generation services.

Q: Do points expire? How long are redeemed items valid?

A: Points themselves do not expire. However, add-on packs, value-added services, usage credits, and other content redeemed with points are valid for 1 year and should be used within that period.
