Request Reviews
Overview of Features
The Request-a-Review is an official Amazon feature that allows sellers to send a standardized review request email to buyers after an order is delivered. It helps sellers increase review count compliantly and improve store credibility.
Amazon Policy
- Only orders delivered within 5-30 days are eligible.
- The message content is fixed by Amazon and cannot be customized.
- You won't receive feedback on whether the buyer responded or left a review.
- Duplicate requests for the same order are not allowed.
SP Logic
- Only Amazon orders support review requests. Others will be skipped.
- Only orders shipped the last 5-30 days will be eligible for review requests.
- Orders associated with refund in SP will be excluded.
- Orders with feedback will be excluded.
- Users can choose whether to exclude orders from blacklist customers.
How to Use
Step One: Select Orders
Users can use the filters above the order list to select review request orders and then batch-select multiple orders to activate the review request button. If review requests have already been sent, users can filter the Review Request column to find orders that haven't been requested or have failed, and initiate another request.
Step Two: Request Reviews
After selecting orders, simply click the Request s review button to complete the operation.
Note: If no Amazon orders are selected, the review request button will be disabled.
Step Three: View Request Results
If the review request fails, hovering over the error message will display the specific reason. Currently, possible reasons for failure include:
- Not eligible at this time
- System error. Try again
- Duplicated request
- Refunded
- Received 1-3 star feedback
