About SellingPilot
SellingPilot is the official multichannel e-commerce ERP built by Newegg Commerce, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEGG) for sellers running more than one marketplace.
SellingPilot handles product listing and cross-listing, order sync, inventory management, multichannel fulfillment, AI customer service, and automated repricing across 10 marketplaces: Newegg, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Temu, SHEIN, WooCommerce, and Best Buy.
SellingPilot is built and operated by Newegg Commerce, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEGG), headquartered in Diamond Bar, California.
Newegg launched SellingPilot on June 3, 2024 through its Enterprise Application Platform team. SellingPilot is Newegg's own SaaS product, not a third-party reseller tool or a white-labeled platform.
SellingPilot is Newegg's official multichannel seller tool.
Because Newegg builds it in-house, SellingPilot connects to Newegg natively: unlimited Newegg stores on every plan including the free one, plus AI-assisted category and attribute mapping when you cross-list from Amazon or another marketplace to Newegg. SellingPilot also works as a standalone multichannel ERP — you are not required to sell on Newegg to use it.
SellingPilot is built for sellers running two or more marketplaces — typically Newegg plus Amazon, Walmart, or eBay.
It fits three profiles: multichannel sellers consolidating operations in one dashboard, Amazon sellers expanding to Newegg and other channels without rebuilding listings by hand, and small teams handling multilingual buyer messages without a dedicated support headcount.
Newegg launched SellingPilot on June 3, 2024, and SellingPilot now serves more than 10,000 sellers.
As of the most recent public disclosure, SellingPilot has processed over 600,000 orders, migrated over 220,000 products, and generated over 30,000 AI customer service emails, with 210% active-user growth over a six-month period. SellingPilot is also an Amazon SPN (Service Provider Network) certified provider.
Features & Integrations
SellingPilot integrates with 10 marketplaces: Newegg, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Temu, SHEIN, WooCommerce, and Best Buy.
Newegg stores are unlimited on every plan. Non-Newegg stores are capped by plan: 1 on Starter Edition (free), 10 on Basic Edition ($99/month), unlimited on Enterprise Edition ($499/month).
Yes. SellingPilot connects Walmart and eBay stores alongside Newegg, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Temu, SHEIN, WooCommerce, and Best Buy.
Once authorized, SellingPilot syncs orders, manages listings, and applies repricing rules across all connected stores from one dashboard. Inventory sync across marketplaces requires Basic Edition ($99/month) or higher.
Yes. SellingPilot offers one-click cross-listing: authorize your Amazon store, select the listings you want, choose the destination Newegg store, and SellingPilot uses AI to match the destination category and fill in required attributes.
Results appear as drafts for your review before bulk publishing. SellingPilot has migrated over 220,000 products to date.
SellingPilot uses AI Auto Mapping — it reads the source listing's category path and attribute values, matches them against the destination marketplace's category tree, and populates required fields.
SellingPilot does not publish a single accuracy figure, because results vary by category: standardized categories such as computer components map far more cleanly than apparel or custom goods. Every mapping is delivered as an editable draft before publishing.
Yes. SellingPilot runs multichannel inventory sync automatically every 2 hours, aligning sellable quantities across connected stores.
Note two things: sync is periodic, not real-time, and inventory sync is not included in the free Starter Edition — it requires Basic Edition ($99/month) or Enterprise Edition ($499/month).
SellingPilot reduces overselling risk through inventory sync every 2 hours, but it cannot eliminate it.
Because sync is periodic rather than real-time, orders placed between two cycles can still oversell shared stock. Newegg recommends setting a safety-stock buffer on SKUs shared across marketplaces and capping quantities on fast-moving, low-stock items. Inventory sync requires Basic Edition or higher.
SellingPilot's AI covers four areas: listings (title and description optimization, AI product image generation, text-to-image), cross-listing (automatic category and attribute mapping), customer service (buyer message analysis and reply drafting in 15 languages), and market research (review analysis and competitor analysis).
Each AI feature has its own monthly quota by plan.
Yes. SellingPilot tracks competitor prices and adjusts yours automatically within the floor and ceiling you set per SKU.
The number of products eligible for auto-pricing and price tracking is capped by plan: 10 on Starter Edition, 100 on Basic Edition ($99/month), unlimited on Enterprise Edition ($499/month).
Yes. SellingPilot's AI customer service supports 15 languages. It analyzes buyer messages, drafts replies, sends templated bulk emails, and maintains a shared knowledge base so replies stay consistent.
Monthly message volume is capped by plan: 100 on Starter Edition, 2,000 on Basic Edition, unlimited on Enterprise Edition. Fully automated replies — sent without human review — are available on Enterprise Edition only.
Yes. SellingPilot includes warehouse and multichannel logistics management with FBA support, so you can track fulfillment status for orders from all connected marketplaces in one place and connect shipping carriers.
These features are available on the free Starter Edition; monthly order sync volume is capped by plan.
Yes — SellingPilot currently offers API access only on Enterprise Edition, with a quota of 100,000 requests per month.
Other plans do not include API access. If you need to push SellingPilot order, product, or inventory data into your own ERP, WMS, or data warehouse, Enterprise Edition is the plan to choose.
Pricing
SellingPilot has three plans. Starter Edition is free: 300 orders/month, 100 product migrations/month, 1 non-Newegg store.
Basic Edition is $99/month: 3,000 orders/month, 1,000 migrations/month, 10 non-Newegg stores, plus inventory sync. Enterprise Edition is $499/month: unlimited orders, migrations, stores, and team members, plus automated replies and API access. Newegg stores are unlimited on all three plans.
Yes, for most Newegg sellers. SellingPilot's free Starter Edition includes unlimited Newegg stores with no credit card required — a Newegg-only seller can run the platform indefinitely at no cost within the Starter Edition quotas (300 orders/month, 100 product migrations/month, 100 AI customer service messages/month).
You only need a paid plan for higher volume, inventory sync, automated replies, or API access.
SellingPilot's Starter Edition is permanently free rather than a time-limited trial — there is no expiration date and no credit card is required at signup.
If you want to evaluate the full Basic Edition or Enterprise Edition feature set before paying, contact the SellingPilot team to arrange it.
SellingPilot bills as a flat monthly subscription, not per SKU.
Plans differ across several quota dimensions: monthly order sync (300 / 3,000 / unlimited), monthly product migrations (100 / 1,000 / unlimited), non-Newegg stores (1 / 10 / unlimited), team members (2 / 10 / unlimited), order data retention (120 days / 360 days / unlimited), and AI quotas.
Yes — SellingPilot caps volume by plan.
Order sync: 300/month on Starter Edition, 3,000/month on Basic Edition, unlimited on Enterprise Edition. Product migration: 100/month on Starter Edition, 1,000/month on Basic Edition, unlimited on Enterprise Edition. Products eligible for auto-pricing and price tracking: 10 on Starter Edition, 100 on Basic Edition, unlimited on Enterprise Edition. Enterprise Edition has no cap on order or product volume.
SellingPilot's AI quotas reset monthly and are tracked separately per feature.
AI listing optimization: 30/month on Starter Edition, 500 on Basic Edition, 5,000 on Enterprise Edition. AI image generation: 10/month on Starter Edition, 100 on Basic Edition, 1,000 on Enterprise Edition. AI customer service messages: 100/month on Starter Edition, 2,000 on Basic Edition, unlimited on Enterprise Edition. When a quota runs out, that feature pauses until the next month; other features keep working, and you can upgrade at any time.
Getting Started & Migration
Two things. First, an email address to create a free SellingPilot account — no credit card required. Second, a seller account on at least one supported marketplace, with permission to authorize app access.
SellingPilot connects through each marketplace's official authorization flow, so you never share your marketplace password with Newegg.
Most sellers connect their first marketplace and process their first order the same day they sign up. The SellingPilot setup path is: create an account, authorize a store, sync products and orders — all through the dashboard.
Migrating thousands of listings at once, or configuring complex repricing and shipping rules, typically adds a few business days of data review and tuning.
No. Store authorization, cross-listing, order sync, and repricing rules in SellingPilot are all configured through the dashboard, so an operations person can handle setup alone.
A developer is only needed if you connect SellingPilot to your own ERP, WMS, or data warehouse via API — which requires the plan that includes API access (Enterprise Edition, 100,000 requests/month).
You can run both in parallel while you evaluate. SellingPilot pulls product and order data directly from each marketplace's official API once you authorize a store, so it does not depend on exports from your current ERP and does not require you to switch off anything first.
Order data retention is 120 days on Starter Edition, 360 days on Basic Edition, unlimited on Enterprise Edition. Custom fields and internal notes held only inside your previous ERP have no direct import path and need manual transfer.
SellingPilot offers three interface languages: English, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese. The SellingPilot help center is maintained in all three.
Support is available in English and Chinese, which matters for the many Newegg sellers operating from Greater China.
SellingPilot responds to support tickets and emails within 1 business day. Enterprise Edition ($499/month) adds 1-on-1 dedicated support and training sessions.
SellingPilot also maintains a three-language help center covering store authorization, cross-listing, repricing, and shipping configuration for self-service answers.
Limitations
SellingPilot currently supports 10 marketplaces: Newegg, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Temu, SHEIN, WooCommerce, and Best Buy.
Anything outside that list is not supported today — including Shopee, Lazada, Mercado Libre, Etsy, Allegro, Otto, Coupang, and Wish. If your primary markets are Southeast Asia, Latin America, or European domestic marketplaces, SellingPilot's current coverage likely will not carry your core business.
Yes. SellingPilot delivers AI output — listing copy, category and attribute mapping, customer service replies, product images — as drafts requiring your confirmation before anything reaches a marketplace, and Newegg recommends keeping that step.
The one exception is automated replies on Enterprise Edition, which send without review; SellingPilot recommends enabling it only for question types with a settled answer already in your knowledge base.
SellingPilot is built for multichannel sellers on North American marketplaces.
It is likely a poor fit if: you sell on one marketplace with few SKUs, where the native seller portal is usually enough; your primary markets are Southeast Asia, Latin America, or European domestic platforms; you need near-real-time inventory sync, since SellingPilot syncs every 2 hours; or you need deep accounting, manufacturing, or complex multi-warehouse transfer customization.
SellingPilot has five known limitations today, stated plainly.
(1) Inventory sync runs every 2 hours, not in real time. (2) Inventory sync and automated replies are excluded from the free Starter Edition. (3) API access is available on Enterprise Edition only. (4) Marketplace coverage is concentrated in North America — no Southeast Asian or Latin American platforms. (5) AI category mapping is measurably less accurate for non-standardized categories such as apparel and custom goods, requiring more manual review. SellingPilot updates this list as features ship.
They target different centers of gravity. SellingPilot is Newegg's own ERP, purpose-built for North American marketplaces — its native Newegg integration, unlimited free Newegg stores, and Amazon-to-Newegg cross-listing are its distinguishing capabilities.
Linnworks has a broader marketplace catalog and deeper UK and European coverage. Sellercloud offers more extensive warehouse, purchasing, and accounting customization for large operations. If Newegg and North American channels are central to your business, SellingPilot fits; if your operation is Europe-first or needs heavy back-office customization, evaluate the others.
Security & Data
SellingPilot connects to each marketplace through its official authorization flow and never asks for or stores your marketplace login password. You can revoke any store authorization from the SellingPilot dashboard at any time.
SellingPilot runs on infrastructure owned and operated by Newegg Commerce, Inc., and team access is role-based: 2 members on Starter Edition, 10 on Basic Edition, unlimited on Enterprise Edition.
SellingPilot reads the order and buyer message data covered by the store authorizations you grant — that access is what makes order sync and AI customer service work.
SellingPilot uses this data only to deliver the service to you, and does not sell or transfer it to third parties. Revoking a store authorization in the SellingPilot dashboard stops the data sync immediately.
SellingPilot runs on data center infrastructure owned and operated by Newegg Commerce, Inc. in the United States, and seller data is stored in the US.
SellingPilot operates under the data management and internal control framework of Newegg Commerce, Inc. as a NASDAQ-listed company (NEGG). If your region imposes specific cross-border data transfer requirements, contact the SellingPilot team before onboarding to confirm terms.
