Shopify

Feature Introduction

Feature Introduction

The Shopify Warehouse is managed as a platform warehouse in SellingPilot, with its core function being unified order aggregation and management. It differs essentially from Amazon FBA: FBA handles direct shipments from Amazon's own warehouses, while the Shopify Warehouse requires users to complete shipping operations independently. After syncing orders from other channels to Shopify and generating manual orders, users can fulfill the orders by using Shopify plugins or manually entering logistics tracking numbers.

After authorizing your Shopify store and completing warehouse authorization in SellingPilot, the system will sync Shopify Warehouse SKUs and associate them with SellingPilot local products (Products > Product Master List). Once associated, unified management and fulfillment of multi-channel orders can be achieved. Shopify Warehouse Page

  • After authorization, multi-channel shipping is supported, adapting to both cross-border and local delivery needs
  • After authorization, you can directly view the inventory status of Shopify Warehouse products
  • After authorization, you can set up automatic shipping processes and connect to the intelligent fulfillment system Shipping Rule Instructions

Click the "Batch Automatic Mapping" button. On the pop-up page, set the matching conditions to complete the matching. It is applicable when there are specific rules between warehouse SKU and SP SKU codes, such as:

  • Warehouse SKU is exactly the same as SP SKU
  • The code contains the same key field (e.g., the middle 6 digits are the same)
  • Other definable code correspondence rules

Inventory Refresh Instructions

Inventory data is automatically synced and updated every two hours. If you find that the inventory information is not up-to-date, you can click the "Sync inventory" button to get the latest inventory.

  • To fully refresh the inventory, directly click the "sync inventory" button. A full inventory refresh will not trigger inventory age refresh
  • To refresh the latest inventory and inventory age information for specific warehouse SKUs, first select the data in the list, then click the "Refresh Inventory" button

After completing the above steps, your orders can be shipped via the Shopify warehouse. Order Shipping Tutorial
