Account Registration and Login
Currently, we support three ways of registration/login: cell-phone number, email address, and quick register/login with Newegg or Google account. You can choose one as you desired.
Authorization
To ensure you can use the features of SellingPilot smoothly, we recommend you complete platform authorization first and complete the company information before start. Please follow the below steps to add your store and complete the authorization. Click here to start.
- First, select the platform where your store is located, such as Amazon or TikTok.
- Then click the "Add Store" button. Enter the complete store name and click confirm.
- Now you will be taken to the corresponding platform's login page. Please complete the login process.
- After login successfully, the platform will ask you whether to authorize SellingPilot. Click confirm on this page to complete the authorization.
Organization Management

Organization List: You can complete your company information here, such as company name, company introduction, contact phone number, etc. If you are in charge of several companies/organizations at the same time, please click the "New Organization" button on the top left to add them. You can also switch amoung companys/organizations on this page. Please rest assured that the data between different companies/organizations is isolated and absolutely safe, so you don't worry about data security.

Organization Members: You can add team members in this section and set suitable account roles for them. Click on the "Invite" button, enter the invitee's email address, and send the invitation. After the invitee accepts the invitation, they can use their email to log in to SellingPilot and start using the features on our website. Account administrators can also modify the roles of account members on this interface.
Sent Invitations: Click here to view all sent invitations and their corresponding statuses. If the invitee has not responded to your invitation, you can also revoke the invitation here.
System Settings - Message Center
In the Message Center, you can view various messages sent by SellingPilot, including but not limited to: notifications of SellingPilot new feature release; notifications of successful or unsuccessful product listings; notifications of successful or unsuccessful order operations; and notifications of email reply status, etc. You can also view specific information based on the read or unread status of the message, or by selecting the module you are interested in.
