Return Query
The return management offers a one-stop solution: it automatically syncs returns from authorized stores to SP, enabling efficient processing tracking, and transparency.
Available platforms: Amazon, Newegg, eBay, Wlmart and TikTok
Only full refunds are supported in SP; for partial or additional refund, please handle them in the respective seller central.
Return List
The return list will display real-time return requests from all authorized stores. The information from most platforms is synchronized in real-time, but the synchronization frequency for eBay and Walmart is every two hours.
Search Box:
- Channel Return#:The return request number on the platform
- Origianl Order#: The order number associated with the return request
- SKU Name: the product short tile
- Store SKU: the product# on the platform, usually user-customized
Other filters: channel, store, return type, processed by and return date
Status filter: users can switch the return list through different status labels (the statuses here are defined by SP and may not fully aligh with the platform)
① Channel return#, return type, and who is processing the request. Only return processed by the seller can be operated.
② Return reason, chosen by the customer(buyer) when initiating the return.
③ Platforms and account, from which the requestn request originated.
④ Refund amount, the total refund amount, including shipping fees and taxes. Note: currently the APIs for Amazon and eBay cannot distinguish between shipping fees and taxes.
⑤ Channel status, the status of the return in the platform's backend.
⑥ Customer information and address
⑦ Relevant time of return request
⑧ Order reference, the order from which the return request originated. Click the number to jump to the order detail page.
⑨ Actions, different actions corresponding to different statues.

Pending: only return requests from eBay and TikTok will fall into this status, requiring user approval.
In this status, the user can either Approve or Reject the request.

Open: the return are available for users to issue refund or replacement.
Users can proceed with the refund in this status. Please note that, as SP currently only supports full refunds, the amount on the refund page cannot be modified.

Completed: all completed returns will appear on this status

- Marked as Completed (eg,Amazon)
