Product management offers centralized management and inquiry of multi-channel product data, achieving visual control and efficient operation of products through intelligent product information management, multi-channel product operations, and efficient product creation and distribution

How to Use
Create Product Pool
The Create Product Pool refers to the list of products added by sellers to SellingPilot, where sellers can view the claiming status of channels and summary information of inventory.
Note: The list is only maintained and managed within SellingPilot and does not represent that it has been published to the channels.。
Access Product > Create Product Pool
Search and Filter
- Search: Product can be searched using product name (title), SP SKU, brand, UPC, and model.
- Filter: Quickly filter products using conditions such as brand, local category, listing channel, model, unlisted channel, default price, label, UPC, and warehouse.
List Description
① Product Title/Name: Synced to the channel upon claiming.
② Draft generated Platforms and Stores: The number on the platform logo indicates how many times the product has been Draft generated on that channel (can be Draft generated multiple times).
③ Action Buttons:
- Edit label: Add label to products for quick filtering.
- Generate Draft: Generate Draft the product to a specific store for editing and listing. Choose the store and the product's category on this channel.
- Remove: Move the product to the removed list.
Adding Product to SellingPilot
Manual Creation
Products can be manually created in SellingPilot.
URL Collection
Collect products by URL/ASIN, bringing Amazon and Walmart product details into SellingPilot for editing and optimization before rapid publishing to channels.
- URL/ASIN Collection: Enter one or multiple product detail page links or product ASINs for one-click collection.
- Excel Collection: Up to 1000 product detail page URLs or ASINs can be uploaded at once for batch collection.
Note: SellingPilot cannot collect duplicate products. If a collected product already exists, the collection will fail.
Store Synchronization
Synchronize authorized store products to SellingPilot with one click. Therefore, please authorize the store before using this function.
Note: After authorizing a store, SellingPilot will automatically sync the authorized store's products, orders, and after-sales.
Excel Import
Batch add products to SellingPilot via Excel.
- Feed: Red font indicates required information.
- Definition: Explains the fields in the feed document.
- Maximum Support: 10,000 rows of product records.
Feed Management
Feed Management is the centralized place in SellingPilot for file export and import management, including document management for products, orders, and after-sales modules.
Access Product > Feed Management
- Import: Batch upload or update information.
- Export: Sellers export product lists, order lists, or after-sales lists to Excel.
Filter Area
① Import/Export Indication: If uploading to SellingPilot, it's an import; if exporting to the local computer, it's an export.
② Filter by Shop: Filter documents by shop.
③ Processing Status: "Processing" indicates the document is still loading; "Completed" indicates the document has been successfully uploaded or downloaded.
④ Data Type: Indicates the operation of the document, such as batch import/export of orders.
⑤ Creation Date: The time the document was generated.
⑥ Document Number: Usually automatically generated by SP.
⑦ Document Name: The name of the document.
Result List

Import: Click View to see the upload results; if there are errors, details can be viewed.

Export: Exported documents are usually generated and downloaded directly in the export interface, where historical download records can also be viewed.
Product Settings
Product settings allow sellers to customize and maintain various information categories in SellingPilot, including product type, brand, and custom attributes. These settings help sellers categorize and organize product information when adding it, thereby better managing product data.
Product Type
Settings Include: Name, description. Used to categorize local products when adding product information.
Access Product > Product Management > Product Settings > Product Type
Name Search
- Enter keywords of the Product Type name for search.
Add Product Type
- Add Product Type :Enter a name (required) and description (optional).
Edit Product Type
- Edit Product Type :Use Edit to modify the name and description, with changes synced to product information.
Delete Product Type
- Delete Product Type :Use Delete to remove the oroduct type entry and sync the change to product information.
Brand
Brand Settings: Name, description. Used to manage brand information of products when adding product information.
Access Products > Product Management > Product Settings > Brand
Name Search
- Enter keywords of the brand name for search.
Add Brand
- Add Brand :Enter a name (required), description (optional), and channel brand mapping.
Brand Configuration: After completing brand configuration, select and use it from the dropdown in Brand under Product Information.
Edit Brand
- Edit Brand:Use Edit to modify the name, description, and channel brand mapping, with changes synced to product information.
Delete Brand
- Delete Brand:Use Delete to remove the brand entry and sync the change to product information.
Custom Attribute
Custom Attribute Custom attributes allow sellers to add additional attribute fields based on product characteristics to meet different platform requirements.
Access Product > Product Management > Product Settings > Custom Attribute
Name Search
- Enter keywords of the custom attribute name for search.
Add Custom Attribute
- Add Custom Attribute:Enter a name (required) and save.
Delete Custom Attribute
- Delete Custom Attribute:Use Delete to remove the custom attribute entry and sync the change to product information.
Label Settings
Label Settings are used for personalized product classification in SellingPilot. labels can be created for products, including defining Label names, colors, and descriptions. These labels not only help better organize and manage product information but can also be used as conditions during product filtering, thus improving the efficiency of finding and managing products. Through label settings, products can be flexibly categorized and identified according to business needs.
Access Products > Product Management > Label Settings
Name Search
- Enter keywords of the label name for search.
Add Label
- Add Label:Personally define the label name, color, and description.
After configuring labels, they can be used for Edit label and filtering products in the Create Product Pool.
Edit Label
- Edit Label :Use Edit to modify the label name, color, and description, with changes synced to product information.
Delete Label
- Delete Label:Use Delete to remove the label entry and sync the change to product information.
