Manual Price

Feature Overview

SellingPilot (hereinafter referred to as SP) supports the manual price adjustment function. Users can directly and quickly modify the sales prices of various channels in the system, enabling flexible management of products across multiple channels and multiple stores.

How to Use Manual Price

Access Product > Product Management > Create Product Pool

There are two places to modify prices in SP:

  • Product Master List: Price maintenance here will not affect the price display on channels. The price will only be carried over to SP's listings during product migration or claiming. Subsequent edits and maintenance will have no impact whatsoever (unless automatic price adjustment rules are set).

  • Modifying Listing Prices: Any price changes made here will be directly synced to the channels upon saving.

Note: You can only modify the prices of products that are currently listed. SP does not support currency conversion at this time.

Modifying a Single Listing

  • Navigate to Products > Listing Management.

  • Select the channel where the product is listed.

  • Use the search bar to locate the product you wish to modify.

  • Directly edit the price in the corresponding field and save your changes.

Modifying Prices in Bulk via Spreadsheet

Users can also modify prices in bulk using a spreadsheet. Due to the required information fields, we recommend the following workflow:

  • Use the Export function to generate a spreadsheet.

  • Retain only the listings you need to modify in the spreadsheet.

  • Directly edit the price column for these listings.

  • Navigate to Bulk Update > Update Prices and upload the edited spreadsheet.

Note:

  • Item ID and Price are mandatory fields. You can find the product ID in the listing.

  • Prices must be numeric only (do not include currency symbols or formatting).
