Product Listing Management Introduction

The product listing management feature provides comprehensive management throughout the entire process of multi-channel product listings.

Enhance Product Listing Efficiency in All Aspects:
1、Full Process Management: Covers all statuses from draft, listing in progress, active, deactivate, to remove.
2、Efficient Batch Operations: Enables one-click listing/deactivate across multiple platforms and batch status modifications for efficient operations.
3、Cross-Platform Collaboration: Offers one-click migration of product information to ensure real-time synchronization of data across multiple channels.
Through standardized workflows and intelligent processing, the system reduces manual operation errors and enhances cross-platform operational efficiency.

How to Use

Access Product > Listing Management > Channel

Quickly Create Product Draft

  • You can select existing products from the SellingPilot product library as draft and use the "AI Suggested" feature to intelligently match product categories, expediting the draft creation process.

Step 1: Open Listing Management and select the corresponding channel and store

Step 2: In the draft section, click "Create Draft

Step 3: Pull down to select the store, then click "Select Product" and select the "Category" or click "AI Suggested"

Step 4: Choose the desired product from the SellingPilot product library. You can search by name or SP SKU. After selection product, click the "Confirm" button

Step 5: Edit product price, warehouse, and inventory (indicates required fields)

Step 6: Click the "Save" button on the upper right corner

Step 7: Once successfully created, the product enters the "Draft" status

Additionally, through the "Generate Draft" function in the Product Management module's Create Product Pool page, you can quickly duplicate product to channel draft. Some channels also support automatic category matching via AI algorithms and direct publishing, efficiently completing the product creation process from scratch. (How to Use Generate Draft)

Quickly Copy Products to Newegg

  • With AI-powered mapping, effortlessly achieve one-click cross-platform product listing

Step 1: Open Active and select the corresponding store, e.g., moving a product listed on an Amazon store Copy to Newegg

Step 2: Click the button to Copy to Newegg images

Step 3: Pull down to select the Newegg store, check "Auto Mapping" check "Publish Directly" and click "Confirm"

Note: Auto Mapping refers to the system automatically matching product categories using AI when claiming Amazon products to the Newegg platform, accurately mapping category attributes to Newegg, facilitating one-click cross-platform listing.

Step 4: Once successfully listed across platforms, check the "Draft" menu in the Newegg store page

Batch Listing

Step 1: Open Listing Management and select the corresponding store

Step 2: In the draft section, you can publish individual products or multiple products

Step 3: For individual product publication, directly click the "Publish" button on the far right; for batch publication of multiple products, select them and then click the Publish button

Step 4: Click "Publish"

Step 5: The published products will enter the "Publishing" menu, usually requiring some time to process

Step 6: Upon successful publication, the products will be found in the "Active" menu

Batch Deactivate

Step 1: Open Listing Management and select the corresponding store

Step 2: In the "Active" section, you can Deactivate individual or multiple products

Step 3: To Deactivate a single product, directly click the "Deactivate" button on the far right; for multiple products, select them and then click the button

Step 4: Click "Deactivate"

Step 5: Successfully Deactivate products will appear in the "Inactive" menu

Batch Remove

Step 1: Open Listing Management and select the corresponding store

Step 2: In the "Inactive" (or Draft/Active) section, Remove the respective products

Step 3: To Remove a single product, directly click the "Remove" button on the far right; for multiple products, select them and then click the "Remove" button

Step 4: Click "Remove"

Step 5: Successfully Remove products will appear in the "Remove" menu

Batch Price Update

  • Supports batch setting and adjusting prices to accommodate different promotional strategies

Step 1: Open Listing Management and select the corresponding store

Step 2: For example, select the "Active" menu to adjust prices for two products, pull down for batch update

Step 3: Click "Update Price" download the template.

Step 4: Maintain the template for batch price adjustments

Step 5: Select the store and upload the updated price template

Step 6: Display store SKU and prices, click the "Confirm" button

Step 7: After uploading, click "View Result" or "Close"

Batch Inventory Update

  • Synchronizes inventory in real-time to ensure accurate information

Step 1: Open Listing Management and select the corresponding store

Step 2: For example, select the "Active" menu to adjust inventory for two products, pull down for batch update

Step 3: Click "Update Inventory" download the template

Step 4: Maintain the inventory template and upload

Step 5: Select the store for batch inventory upload

images

Step 6: Confirm inventory information and click "Confirm"

Step 7: After uploading, click "View Result" or "Close"

Synchronize from Store

  • Synchronizes products from the store to SellingPilot. Products not existing in the system will be automatically imported and created; existing products will only have their price, inventory, and status synchronized proactively

Step 1: For example, enter Listing Management, select the store, and click "Sync from Store"

Step 2: Pull down to select the store and click "Sync"

Step 3: Once synchronization is complete, click "Close"
