Store Migration Introduction

The Store Migration feature is designed to rapidly replicate all products from Store A to Store B. Unlike traditional ERP systems that rely on manual transfers, SellingPilot's AI engine can intelligently recognize and extract complete product information, accurately fill in the corresponding fields according to platform listing rules, and achieve batch rapid listing, significantly improving store operation efficiency.

It addresses three major pain points in multi-store operations:
1、Time-consuming manual migration (100 items taking 4 hours manually → SellingPilot Store Migration in 3 minutes)
2、Listing failures due to platform rule differences (automatically adapts to Amazon/Newegg platform field rules)
3、Chaotic price/inventory management across multiple sites (supports intelligent pricing formulas and dynamic inventory allocation)

How to Use

① Source Store Selection:
- Channel:Options include Amazon, Walmart, or Newegg, etc.
- Store:Based on the selected channel, choose the source store to be moved.
- Products:Select products to be moved based on their status in the source store, or click "Selected Products" to choose specific products to move to the new store.
- Flexible Settings for New Store Price and Inventory:
- 1、Price Markup Setup:You can set the product prices in the new store to be the same as those in the source store, or adjust them up or down by a percentage/fixed amount. The price adjustment can take effect only this time, or establish an automatic price correlation after this operation (e.g., if you set a 10% increase in the new store's product prices, then any future price adjustments in the source store will also result in a 10% increase in the corresponding new store's product prices).
- 2、Inventory Sync Setup:you can set the inventory of products in the new store to be the same as that in the source store, or adjust it up or down by a percentage/fixed value.

②Target Store Selection:
- Channel:Options include Amazon, Newegg, etc.
- Store:Based on the selected channel, choose the target store for the move.
- Smart Handling of Duplicate Products:Duplicate products can be set to skip or copy.

③Rapid Migration：
Real-Time Progress Dashboard:Click the "Start" button to display a real-time progress dashboard (total/successful/failed)。
