Product Management Introduction
The product management function provides users with unified management across platforms and multiple stores, including operations such as publishing, deactivate, price adjustments, and inventory management。
The process for publishing a new product is as follows:
Add the product to the create product pool list → Generate Draft the product from the create product pool list to the store → Modify the product in the listing management section → Publish to the platform
The relationship between products in the create product pool list, listing management, and warehouse is as follows::
- SP SKU:Refers to the code in the SellingPilot create product pool list. A product in the create product pool list can be draft generated by multiple platform or store, a one-to-many relationship。
- Store SKU:The name given to the product by the user, which is unique in the platform backend. In SellingPilot, multiple store SKUs can be bound to one SP SKU。
- Warehouse SKU:Refers to the product number in the warehouse. If inventory deduction is required from SellingPilot, it is necessary to match the warehouse product with the product in the create product pool list。
After authorizing a store, SellingPilot automatically imports the store's products into SellingPilot, adding the product to both the create product pool list and the listing management list simultaneously
Integrated Channels:Amazon, Newegg, eBay, Walmart, TikTok, Shopify
Relationship Between the Create Product Pool List and Listing Management
The create product pool list and listing management can be understood as a total-to-branch (or one-to-many) relationship. The create product pool list is a local management list in SellingPilot and can be draft generated by multiple stores simultaneously:
- Products in the create product pool list need to be draft generated by a specific store before they can be listed
- Products in the create product pool list can be draft generated repeatedly by the same store, but when listing, users should pay attention to modifying the product content to avoid listing errors
- Changes made to the information in the create product pool list will be synchronized to the channels (unless the synchronization relationship is invalidated if the information has been changed in the listing management list)
- The matching relationship for warehouse inventory always uses the products from the create product pool list
