Product Function Introduction
The product management function provides users with unified management across platforms and multiple stores, including operations such as publishing, delisting, price adjustment, and inventory management.
The currently integrated channels are: Amazon, Newegg, eBay, Walmart, TikTok, Temu, and Shopify.
There are two ways to launch new products to the channels:
Method 1: Applicable to all channels, manually add and claim the store, and finally publish.

Method 2: The moving feature currently supports transferring from Amazon/Walmart/eBay to Newegg stores, and can be done with one-click after authorizing the store.
How to move products to Newegg with one click?
The relationship between the product master list, the products managed for shelf placement, and the warehouse products is as follows:
The following SKU# is in the SP system:
- SP SKU:Refers to the code in the SellingPilot product master list, where a product in the master list can be claimed by multiple platforms or stores, i.e., a one-to-many relationship.
- Store SKU:The name given to the product by the user, which has uniqueness in the platform's backend, and multiple store SKUs can be bound to one SP SKU in SellingPilot.
- Warehouse SKU:If users want to manage shipping and inventory from SP, they need to match warehouse products with the total product table.
- Product ID:The product ID is automatically generated and assigned by the channel after the product is created in the channel backend, so it can only be viewed in the listing list.
The relationship between the product master list and shelf management
The product master list and shelf management can be understood as a hierarchical relationship (or one-to-many). The product master list is the local management list of SellingPilot, which can be claimed by multiple stores at the same time. Please note:
-
After authorizing the store, SellingPilot automatically imports the store's products into SellingPilot, adding the product to both the product inventory and the listing management list.
-
When importing products from the store to SP, the system defaults to using SKU# for deduplication and also uses SKU# as the SP SKU. If there is already the same SKU# when importing products, the master product list will not create duplicates, but it does not affect the listing management list.
-
The product master list is the local management list of the SP system and has no relation to the channels.
-
The shelf platform of the product master list refers to the stores that have claimed these channels, but it does not mean that the products are already listed and sold on the channels.
-
After claiming the product to the channel, modifying any information in the product master list will not affect the information of the already claimed products.
-
If the product already exists in the SP product master list, any modifications to the product in the later channels will not be synchronized to the product master list.
