Price Tracker

Feature Overview

The Price Tracking function mainly helps you add the products you focus on from major e-commerce platforms to the price tracking list. By setting specific tags, you can group products with tags to monitor price changes in various scenarios. This helps you understand the price trends of similar products in the market, enables you to grasp market dynamics in real time, flexibly adjust your product pricing strategies, and maintain competitiveness in the market.

Note: Currently, it can track 7 e-commerce shopping platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Newegg, eBay and TikTok from the United States, as well as Amazon and Newegg from Canada.

How to Use Price Tracker

Access Products > Product Management > Price Tracker

You can add your products or competitors' items to the price tracking list and group them using specific tags for price monitoring in various scenarios.

Add Products

There are three methods to add products:

  1. Import Through URL

  2. Import Through SKU#

  3. Import Through Excel

For first-time user, please directly click the "Add Product" button in the image below.

1. Import Through URL

  • Enter the URL(s) of one or more products into the text box. If you need to add multiple URLs, please separate them by line breaks.

  • Click "Next" and the system will capture the corresponding product information.

  • After the information capture is completed, click "Add" to add the products to the list.

  • If there is an abnormality when adding a product link, the system will prompt an error message.

2. Import Through SKU#

  • Select the e-commerce platform where the product is located from the drop-down box, and enter the ASIN/SKU code(s) of one or more products into the text box.

  • If you need to add multiple SKU #s, please separate them with commas or line breaks.

  • Click "Next" and the system will capture the corresponding product information.

  • After the information capture is completed, click "Add" to add the products to the list.

3. Import Through Excel

  • Fill in the product information according to the "Download Template" prompt on the webpage.

  • At the same time, you can add tags in batches or mark them as "My Products" (to distinguish between your own products and competitors' products).

  • After uploading the Excel template, confirm the information on the page.If there are no errors, click "Add" to proceed.

Note: The Excel template upload supports a maximum of 1000 product records.

View Price Change Details

Click on the product name to view details of price changes.

Among them:

  • Mark as My Product: Mark certain products as "My Products" for differentiation.

  • Tags: Categorize products by category, promotion, model, etc., for better management of the product list.

  • Product Price Overview: View price trends over a week, a month, three months, or a year.

Enable Price/Inventory Change Alerts

To ensure you receive timely notifications about product updates, you can enable the notification feature and turn on email alerts from the product details page.

Notification types include: price changes (set alerts via target price or price threshold), inventory changes, and product unavailability etc.

Note: Currently, notifications are only available via email. SMS notifications are not supported at this time.

Tag

Add Tag

  • Select the products to which you want to add tags, click "Add Tag", enter the tag name in the search box, and click "Add".

  • The newly added tag will appear in "Frequent Tags". If you need to adjust the tag name, you can click "Edit" to modify it, and click "Exit Editing" after the adjustment is completed.

  • After the addition is completed, the tag bar of the selected product(s) will be displayed.

Manage Tag Alerts

  • By setting specific tags, you can group products by tags. If you need to receive timely notifications about changes in Tag Information, you can enable the "Alerts" function on the product details page.

  • Set conditions such as price change, competitor price comparison, inventory change, and product Unavailable. When the set values are met, the system will promptly send a reminder email to your reserved email address.

Compare Products

  • Add the products to the list, check them, and click the "Compare" button in the upper left corner to compare their prices.

  • The image below shows the product comparison interface, allowing you to quickly add unified tags for comparison products, making subsequent tracking easier.

View Tagged Products

Products with unified tags can quickly view price change details of the tag group via the "Compare" button. The number after tag names indicates the number of products under that tag.

Other Functions

  • Mark as My Product:Used to distinguish between own products and competitors' products.

  • Export:You can download the product price tracking report by selecting "Export products from current page" or "Export products from all pages".

FAQs

Q: Why can't I view the price tracking list of other team members within the organization?

A: Price tracking data is user-independent, and data among organization members is not visible to each other.
