Overview of Features

If the order hasn’t been shipped, the customer or seller may cancel it for specific reasons.

How to Use

To void an order, click Void Order in the order list. User can either void the entire order or just kill specific item from the order, then select a reason and submit.

User can adjust qty or remove specific item to void part of the order. Please choose the void reason carefully. For example, on the Newegg platform, if Out of Stock is selected as the reason, Newegg will automatically clear the inventory of this product.

If buyer requests to cancel order, SP will display the memo in the list.

It is just a mark, SP will not void any orders automatically.
