Purchase Shipping Label
Overview of Features
Users can select a logistics carrier through SP's integrated providers to generate shipping labels, including recipient details and tracking numbers.
The label purchase and shipping process is as follows:
Order→Edit Package→Buy Label→Confirm Ship to sync tracking info to platform
3Pl warehouse and Platform Label (except for Walmart) do not require Confirm Ship
Shipping Label Source
SP support purchasing shipping label from platform and from integrated third-party service provider:

Platform Label: Amazon, Newegg, Walmart and eBay. For first time purchasing platform shipping label, please go to the respective platform's seller central to make the purchase directly, as first-time users need to agree to the relevant terms or conditions. Afterwards, you can directly use SP to make purchase.

Third-Party Service Provider: US Shipping Solutions and Cross-Border Small Package Logistic Providers. How to start it?

US Shipping Solutions or shipping carrier: Shipstation, Stamps, shippo, UPS mainly used for last-mile delivery in North Amercia.

Mainland China Logistics Provider: 4PX and YunExpress. Currently, the integration is for cross-border small package services from Mainland China to other countries or regions.

How to Use
Buy Label
Step 1 Click Buy Label button
Purchase shipping label manually, in the order list or order details, click Buy Label to process a single order. On this page, users can split packages as needed.
Step 2 Fill in Required Information
① Swtich warehouse, different types of warehouse require different information
② Split packages by reducing the SKU or qty in the order
③ Fill in package dimension and weight; SP will automatically populate it if the info has been filled in Create Product Pool
④ Selected authorized shipping provider or shipping carrier. If there is no data, please go to Logistic Setting to check and make sure there is enabled services.
⑤ If the user removes products or adjusts quantities in the above package, the Add Package button will become clickable.
⑥ If the user is unhappy with the split package, they can reset it to a single package and split it again.
Fill in all above required info, click Submit and then print label. Please DO NOT forget to Confirm Ship once shipping out packages. Then SP will submit all tracking info to platform to ship order.
Auto Buy Label
Auto Buy Label allows users to preset logistics rules in the SP. When a new order is received, SP automatically matches the rules, assigns a warehouse, carrier, and service, and purchases the shipping label if enabled.
The process for auto buy label as follow:
Add Warehouse→Set Logistic Rules→Enable Auto Buy Label→Confirm Ship
Step 1: Add Warehouse
User can add 3PL warehouse, self-warehouse or platform warehouse. How to add warehouse?
Step 2: Set Up Logistic Rule
Logistic Settings > Logistic Rules, user can set up multiple logistic rules to apply different orders. How to set up logistics rules?
Step 3: Enbale Auto Buy Label
What's the difference between enabling Auto Buy Label or not?

Enable Auto Buy Label: SP will assign the fulfillment warehouse, carrier, and logistics service based on the rules, fill in the package information, and automatically purchase the shipping label. Order status will update as follows:

For 3PL/platform warehouses, SP will push the order to warehouse and create outbound order. Once warehouse shipped packages, SP will auto update the status into Shipped.

For self-warehouses, the status will be Processing until the user Confirm Ship, after which logistics info will sync to the platform.
Note: Tracking info will not synced to platform until Confirmed Ship.

Disable Auto Buy Label: SP will assign the warehouse, carrier, and logistics service, fill in the package info based on applied logistic rule, and order status will be To Ship and no label generated.
