Self-Warehouse Fulfillment

Overview of Features

Self-Warehouse is managed by the seller and requires manual addition of products and inventory information.

How to Use

Step 1: Add Warehouse

When a user creates an account, SP will automatically generate a default warehouse named Defatult without address. User can either use this warehouse by maintian the address or create the own self-owned warehouses.

Step 2: Add Inventory

Inventory in self-owned warehouses is added by users themselves. The source is the product pool list, and inventory can be added either manually or in bulk via excel.

Step 3: Assign Warehouse for Fulfillment

Orders can be shipped either by Mark as Shipped or by Buy Label. As the Mark as Shipped isn't tied to warehouse operations, we'll focus on cases where the warehouse is self-owned and shipping labels need to be purchased.

Fulfilement warehouse is self-owned, there are two kinds shipping labels here:

Carrier Shipping Label

Following shipping carriers have been integrated in SP:

North American Last-Mile Shipping Carrier

  • Shipping Carrier: UPS, USPS, Fedex
  • Shipping Service Provider: ShipStation, Stamps, Shippo

Mainland China Shipping Carrier(Cross-border small parcel service only)

  • 4PX
  • YunExpress
Channel Shipping Label

If orders are from Amazon, Newegg, eBay, Walmart or TikTok, users can select the corresponding platform as the shipping provider when purchasing labels.

Note: some platforms require the shipping warehouse address to be local in order to use their label service.

Assign self-owned warehous and shipping carrier, then submit the shipment to complete the label purchase operation.

Step 4: Confirm Ship

After shipping with a carrier, please make sure to click Confirm Ship in the SP, otherwise the tracking information will not be uploaded to the channel backend.
