Platform Multi-Channel Fulfillment
Overview of Features
Platform Multi-Channel Shipping is a logistics service provided by the platform, allowing sellers to use the platform’s warehouse inventory to handle and ship self-fulfilled orders that are not under the seller's platform account. For example, Newegg sellers can use the SBN warehouse to ship orders from their independent websites, Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms.
Fulfilling Walmart orders through other multi-channel service may impact performance.
Available:
- Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (Amazon MCF)
- Newegg Multi-Channel Fulfillment (SBN Multi-Channel Fulfillment)
- Walmart Fulfillment Services (Walmart WFS)
Applicable user: Sellers with multiple self-fulfillment channels needing platform logistics for shipping.
In SP, multi-channle fulfillment follows these steps:
Store Authorization → Warehouse Authorization → Mapping SKU → Order Fulfillment
How to Use
Step 1: Store Authorization
Authorize the store(s) which will be used to fulfill multi-channel orders. How to authorize store?
Step 2: Enable Warehouse
Once the warehouse is enabled, SP will sync the store's platform fulfillment SKUs. Below are the paths for settings:
- Newegg Multi-Channel: Warehouse>Platform Warehouse>SBN Warehouse
- Amazon MCF: Warehouse>Platform Warehouse>FBA Warehouse
- Walmart WFS: Warehouse>Platform Warehouse>WFS Warehouse
If no store authorized, SP will remind you to do it first, such as SBN Warehouse like below.
Once enabled, SP will sync SBN warehouse products automatically.
Step 3: Complete SKU Mapping
The purpose of SKU matching is that when orders are synced to the SP system, users need to specify the corresponding relationship between the order products and warehouse inventory. Otherwise, shipping cannot be completed.
What are SP SKU, Store SKU and WH SKU?
Here is the corresponding relationship between different # in SP product orders. The warehouse inventory list always corresponds to the SP SKU, and an SP SKU can be assigned to different channels and stores.
- SP SKU: A unique number in the SP system’s master product list, which can be linked to multiple listings.
- Store SKU: A user-defined unique SKU# to the platform. Multiple store SKUs can link to one SP SKU.
- WH SKU: The warehouse product #, which must be mapped to an SP SKU for order fulfillment.

Step 4: Assign Warehouse for Order
After all the previous settings are completed, if the user needs to ship orders by multi-channel fulfillment, they can directly select the platform warehouse corresponding to the store in the warehouse and push the order to the channel to create a multi-channel order for shipping.
Amazon MCF: Exclusive Settings
There are two options exclusive to Amazon MCF:
- Block Amazon Logistics(AMZL): When this option is enabled, Amazon will not use its own logistic network (such as Amazon Logistics) for delivery. Instead, it will use third-party carriers like UPS or FedEx.
- Blank Boxes: When this open is enabled, Amazon will not use packaging with Amazon branding. Instead, it will use generic, unbranded packaing to reduce the likehood that customer or platforms recognize the shipment as coming from Amazon.
Above settings may incur additional fees or pose a risk of delivery delays. For details, please reach out to Amazon support for confirmation.
Take SBN multichanel order for an example
A seller has an Amazon order containing Product A (Store SKU: phcase_silver / SP SKU: phcase_silver_master). Now, the seller wants to fulfill the order using SBN inventory from the Newegg store Test_Store. How should they proceed?
- Firstly in the SP system, navigate to Warehouse > Platform Warehouse > SBN Warehouse and locate the product in the SBN-Test_Store warehouse (e.g., WH SKU: phcase_silver-NE).
- Then click Mapping and select phcase_silver_master for matching.
- Lastly, the seller just need to assign the warehouse Test_Store to this Amazon order when buying label. SP will automatically create a multi-channel order in the Newegg system for shipping.
Once Newegg ships the order, SP will proactively sync the tracking number back to Amazon, completing the fulfillment process without requiring any user action.
