Edit Recipient Info
Overview of Feature
In the SP system, users can modify recipient information (address, phone number, email, etc.) to ensure order accuracy and reduce shipping errors. This feature enhances order management flexibility, allowing sellers to adjust recipient details as needed. All modifications are stored only in SP and do not affect platform order data, ensuring data integrity and ease of use.
Read Before You Start
- Orders in Pending and To-Ship support receipient information edits
- Orders in Processing status support receipient edits only if the shipping label purchase fails.
- Only seller-fulfilled orders allow recipient information edits
**How to Use
Both order list and order detail support editing receipient informaiton.
Please note changing the order address may impact account performance or delay.
Order List
Locate the order that requires recipient information modification. In the action column, click Edit Recipient Info to open the sidebar input field. Enter the updated information and click Submit to save the changes.
Order Detail
In the order list, click the order# to enter the details page. Then, click the Edit Recipient Info button in the top right corner, enter the updated information, and submit the changes.
