Mark as Shipped

Overview of Features

Mark as Shipped just requires user to upload shipping carrier and tracking#. This can be done manually or via Excel.

Single Marking

Order>Order Query, click Mark as Shipped in the corresponding action column of the order.

In the pop-up right drawer page, users can split packages for one order, then select the carrier and enter the tracking number.

The carrier list includes only platform-approved carriers. Using a carrier not on the list may cause shipment failure or performance issues. You can filter quickly by entering keywords.

Mark via Excel

Click Batch Ship and dowload the template on the pop-up window. Fill in required information and upload on the same windown.

Batch Ship does not allow package splitting.
