Edit Shipment

Overview of Features

Editing shipments enables users to update tracking information, ensuring accuracy, enhancing flexibility, and reducing customer complaints.

Available: Amazon, eBay, TikTok, Shopify, Walmart

Platform restrictions on editing logistics information:

• Walmart: Edit shipment up to 4 hours after shipping
• TikTok: Edit shipment within 72 hours after shipping.

How to Use

Step 1 Identify orders

You can find the orders by search or fiters on Order List.

Step 2 Edit Shipment

Click "Edit Shipment" in the Action column to update tracking information for the specific orders.

For multi-package shipments, click "Edit Shipment" on specific pacakge to load and edit tracking information.

The "Edit Shipment" button on the details page is also at the package level.
