Edit Order

Overview of Feature

In e-commerce, sellers often adjust orders based on customer requests to ensure smooth fulfillment and satisfaction. The Order Editing feature enables quick order modifications and seamless updates to the warehouse for processing and shipment.

How to Use

Edit SP SKU

Edit SP SKU means replacing the original SP SKU with a new one while keeping all other details unchanged. The purpose is to ensure the order is correclty pushed to the warehouse for shipping.

Why is editing SP SKU necessary for pushing orders to the warehouse?
  • SP SKU: The unique # in the SP product pool. A single product in the product pool can be linked to multiple platforms or stores.
  • Store SKU: The product # assigned by the user, which is unique in the platform's backend. Multiple Store SKUs can be linked to a single SP SKU in the SP system.
  • Warehouse SKU: The product # used in the warehouse. To deduct inventory from SP, the warehouse product must be matched with the corresponding product pool in the SP.

Since warehouse products are linked one-to-one with the product pool list, modifying the SP SKU temporarily changes the product mapping for a specific order, facilitating product replacement for shipment.
