Overview of Features

Order List: Supports users in efficiently processing multiple orders at once through batch actions, simplifying workflows and improving operational efficiency.

All Batch Actions are only available for orders fulfilled by Seller.

How to Use

Buy Labels

Before using the Buy Labels feature, please make sure the following information is completed:

  • Warehouse assigned
  • Package information: dimension and weight
  • Shipping information: shipping carrier, shipping service etc.
  • Custom information, only required for cross-booarder order

The above information can also be auto-filled by setting up Logistic Rule.

Step 1: Select Orders

In the To Ship status, select the orders for which you want to buy labels to activate the "Buy Label" button.

Step 2: Click "Buy Label" button

Click "Buy Label" to purchase instantly. SP processes the order based on your input, and the status will appear in the right side panel.

Orders successfully purchased will enter the Processing status. On this status, users can print shipping labels and packing lists. After shipped out, remember to Confirm Ship under this status! Otherwise, SP will not upload tracking information to respective platforms, which may lead to order shipment delay and hurt performance. How to Confirm Ship in Bulk?

Batch Modify Package Info

The batch modification of packages will update the package information for the selected orders. When the user processes the purchase label, this data will be automatically filled in.

For order applied Logistic Rules, this batch action will ignore them; Orders using TikTok Shipping cannot be modified.

Step 1: Select Orders

In the To Ship status, select the orders for which you want to modify package information to activate the "Bacth Actions" button.

Step 2: Click "Batch Modify Package Info" button

On the right side panel, fill in package dimension and weight. User can either manually input the details or select a saved template to apply. How to manage package template?

Product Management > Create Product Pool > [Detail Page], if the package information is provided here, SP will auto populated the dimention and weight when buying label.

Batch Modify Shipping Info

The shipping options are based on the warehouse location, so there are certain restrictions when modifying shipping info in bulk:

  • Selected orders must be assigned the same type of warehouse (it must be the same warehouse if it is platform warehouse)
  • Orders using TikTok Shipping cannot be modified.

Step 1: Select Orders

In the To Ship status, select the orders for which you want to modify shipping information to activate the "Bacth Actions" button.

Step 2: Click "Batch Modify Package Info" button

On the right side panel, select the shipping provider and shipping service.

How to authorize shipping carrier?

If you are using 3PL warehouse, please refer to How to add 3PL warehouse? How to set up 3PL shipping service

For first-time purchases of platform shipping labels, please visit the respective channel's backend to complete the process, as sellers may need to acknowledge terms and conditions.

Batch Update Warehouse

Updating warehouse: On success, SP updates the warehouse and deletes existing packages; on failure, it reverts to the previous state.

Step 1: Select Orders

In the To Ship status, select the orders for which you want to update warehouse to activate the "Bacth Actions" button.

Step 2: Click "Batch Update Warehouse" button

In the warehouse dropdown on the right, select the warehouse to update. SP will validate the selection, and the status and results will display on the current page. Click Refresh in the dropdown to update the list if warehouses have been added or removed.

Warehouse validation includes:

  • Whether the warehouse contains the SKU
  • Whether sufficient stock is available
  • whether the warehouse is valid

Batch Modify Custom Info

Customs declaration information is primarily used for cross-border orders, allowing users to set declaration details for order products in bulk.

SP has integrated cross-border small package services from 4PX and YunExpress, with support for shipping from mainland China.

How to set up cross-boarder shipping

Step 1: Select Orders

In the To Ship status, select the orders for which you want to modify custom information to activate the "Bacth Actions" button.

Step 2: Click "Batch Modify Custom Info" button

Customs declaration information is based on the product, and the selected products will be listed in right side panel. Users can manually enter the information or use a template, and apply it to other products.

Orders with applied logistics rules and created packages will be ignored in bulk customs declaration settings.

Confirm Ship in Bulk

For orders shipped with shipping label in SP, users must Confirm Ship for SP to upload the tracking information to the platform and complete the process.

Confirm Ship is not required for the following orders:

- Shipping with purchased labels from platforms (excluding Walmart)
- Shipping with purchased labels from 3PL warehouses

Step 1: Select Orders

On the order list page, SP will display the number of orders pending shipment at the top. Users can click the number to filter the orders and bulk-select them to activate the "Confirm Ship" button.

After purchasing the shipping label, users can print multiple labels at once, improving efficiency.

Step 1: Select Orders

In the Processing status, select the orders that need a shipping label and activate the "Print Shipping Label" button.
