How to Use

Step 1: 3PL Warehouse Authorization

SP has integrated with multiple overseas warehouses, including EDA Cloud, Winit, Newegg 3PL and GoodCang. How to authorize overseas warehouse in SP?

Step 2: Setting Logistics

After successfully adding an overseas warehouse, users need to enable commonly used shipping methods to access available logistics services during order fulfillment. How to enable shipping service?

Step 3: Complete SKU Mapping

SKU matching is required to link order items with warehouse inventory when syncing to the SP system; without this, the order cannot be shipped.

What are SP SKU, Store SKU and WH SKU?

Here is the corresponding relationship between different # in SP product orders. The warehouse inventory list always corresponds to the SP SKU, and an SP SKU can be assigned to different channels and stores.

  • SP SKU: A unique number in the SP system’s master product list, which can be linked to multiple listings.
  • Store SKU: A user-defined unique SKU# to the platform. Multiple store SKUs can link to one SP SKU.
  • WH SKU: The warehouse product #, which must be mapped to an SP SKU for order fulfillment.

Once you understand what each code in the SP system represents, you can refer to following link to start mapping for your items. How to complete SKU mapping?

Step 4: Assign Warehouse for Order

After completing the setup, select an overseas warehouse to ship. SP will push the order to create an outbound shipment and automatically upload the tracking number to the channel after shipping. images
