Order Management Introduction
Overview of Features
The feature offers a one-stop solution, syncing authorized store orders to SellingPilot (including sales orders and replacement orders, excluding multi-channel orders). Users can ship orders, cancel orders, void labels, and view details within the system.
Available Platform: Amazon, Newegg, eBay, Walmrt, TikTok and Shopify
SP fulfillment modes available
1.Self-Warehouse: Supports fulfillment from domestic and cross-border warehouses. Cross-border small parcels are limited to shipping addresses in mainland China. Authorization of 4PX or YunExpress accounts is required for cross-border small parcel shipping.
2.3PL Warehouse: SP supports following warehouse service providers: Winit, Epost, GoodCang,Newegg Logistics and SKUVault. To use these services, please complete account authorization and activation first.
3.Platform Warehouse: SP now supports multi-channel fulfillment via Amazon MCF, Newegg SBN, and Walmart WFS. Authorize your store, enable the warehouse, and match products in warehouse settings to use this feature.
How to Use
Order List
The order list displays real-time orders from all authorized stores, allowing users to filter and find specific orders to manage or view.
Most platforms sync orders in real-time, while eBay and Walmart sync every half hour.
Search Box
- Order#: channel order#, combined order# or split order# is supported.
- Store SKU: item#, usually customized by the seller.
- SP SKU: the unique item# in SP system.
More Filters
Channel, store, warehouse, order date etc. Click Filters to display more filter options, such as Order Type, Shipping Status, Label Printed, Fulfilled by and Notes. Click Reset to hide them.
Quick Filters

System Default Quick Filters: Pre-set quick filter options provided by the system that cannot be deleted.
- Ship within 24 Hours: Indicates that the time remaining until the platform's shipping deadline is less than 24 hours. (Exceeding the deadline may impact account performance.)
- Cancellation Requested: The buyer requests to cancel the order.
- Auto-Cancelling within 24 Hours: Indicates that the time remaining until the order is automatically canceled is less than 24 hours.

User-Defined Filter Combinations: Users can save frequently used filter conditions by selecting filters and clicking Save as Quick Filter.
Status Filter
- Pending: the orders failed to validate by SP.
This validation is triggered by logistics rules and inventory deductions, but the user can still mark the order as shipped
- To-Ship:the orders passing SP validation; or orders without any validation
User can ship, void order on this status

Process: including several scenarios:
- Pakcage pending for Confirm Ship (SP will not upload tracking info to platforms until Confirm Ship)
- Partial Shipped
- Failed to ship
User can ship remaining items, confirm ship, print label or print packing list etc on this status

Shipped: the order is completed. You can track the package status and tracking info.

Voided: the order is cancelled
Order Detail
Click Channel Order# on the Order List to direct to order detail page. Here you can see product info, customer info, package detail, order amount, related return order or 3PL outbound order# etc.
Export Orders
On the order list page, users can export the orders from the filtered results:
- Export current page orders: exports all orders on the current page(The number of orders displayed per page can be customized by the user, with a maximum of 100)
- Export current status filtered orders:exports all orders under the selected status based on the current filter conditions.
- Export all status filtered orders: exports a list of orders across all status based on the current filter conditions.
Add Note
Uer can add note for specified orders in SP.
The added note is only visible in SP and will note sync to platforms.
Order List: click Add Note to open the input fileds. Then just input the text and submit.
Order Detail: click Add Note to open the input fileds. Then just input the text and submit.
For orders with added notes, you can view the note details and make further edits directly from the order list.
Users can quickly filter orders with notes using the filter options.
Ship Order
Below two methods are availabel in SP, both of which support splitting packages.
Newegg will not accept partial shipment of item qty ordered.
