Note: If listing is in Active, after making changes and click SAVE, SP will submit the updated information to the channel.

Publish

The Publish action in SP actually performs listing creation and listing simultaneously. Therefor, if any factors prevent the listing, the product creation will also fail. There are two places where you can publish a listing:

  • On listing detail page, click Save & Publish

images

  • Publish directly from the listing list: You can choose to publish all listings or only the selected ones. (If required information is missing, it will fail to publish)

Copy to Newegg

Store Migration is an efficient tool provided by SP that quickly transfers listings from Amazon, Walmart and eBay to Newegg store. SP uses AI to automatically identify the source product information and intelligently map it to the target channel fields, eliminating the need for repetitive manual editing.

images

Select multiple listings, click Copy to Newegg with AI mapping, and the SP will automatically map and match listing information.

images

Note: If Publish Directly is checked, SP will attempt to create and publish the product immediately; if unchecked, all copied listing will default to Newegg draft status, waiting for the user to manually edit and publish.

Remove

Two key reminders when deleting listings on the listing page:

  • Draft: Deleting a lsiting here only delete it from the draft list and does not impact your store's backend listings. The product has not been published to the channel yet.
  • Active/Inactive: Deleting listings in these states will permanently delete them from the channel store, so handle with care.

Users can delete individual listings or select multiple listings for bulk deletion

Generate Draft

In the SP workflow for creating channel listings, users first add products to the product pool, then claim them to a channel draft for editing before publising. By creating a draft directly in the channel, the claiming step from the product pool can be skipped.

images

Click Create Draft, fill in the required information on the new page, and note that there are two options in the Product field:

images

  • Select Product: Choose a product from the existing SKUs in the product pool to bind.
  • New Product: Quickly create a new SKU in the product pool and bind it.

The fields below will load only after a category is selected.

Reference Product

The Reference Product feature allows users, when creating a draft, to quickly fill in product information by referencing an existing product on the same channel. It works similarly to copying an existing product's data.

images images images

Use Cases:

  • Users need to create multiple similar listings within one store, only adjusting a few fields.
  • Users need to create products that have only minor differences compared to existing products.

Note: The referenced products must already exists in the channel, including listings in draft status.

Deactivate Item

Only when a listing is in Active (available for sale) status can the users deactivate it, making it invisible on the website. Users can either deactivate indivudual listing or select multiple listings to deactivate in bulk.

Batch Update Price

Users can bulk update prices for active/inactive listings.

Since this requires entering information, it is recommended to first use the Export function. In the exported spreadsheet, keep only the listings that need price changes and update the prices directly. Then go to Batch Update > Update Price to upload the edited file.

images images images images

Item ID and price are mandatory. Find the product ID in the list. Enter the price as a numeric value only, without currency symbols.

images

After the upload is complete, you can click View Results to verify the changes. Alternatively, go to Product > Product Management > Feed Management > Import, and search for Feed Type: Batch Update Channel Price.

Batch Update Inventory

Users can bulk update inventory for listings that are active or inactive. Since this requires entering information, it is recommended to first use the export function. In the exported spreadsheet, keep only the listings you want to modify, directly edit the inventory values, and then upload the edited file under Batch Update > Update Inventory.

Item ID and inventory are mandatory. Find the product ID in the list.

Sync from Store

The purpose of syncing from your store is to keep the listing data in the SP system consistent with your store backend. Users can choose to sync the entire store or only specific listings.

For new products, SP will create them both in the listing and in the product pool.

For existing listingss in SP:

  • Sync all products: sync entire store listings information. SP will only sync status, price, and inventory by default. To sync all product details, please check the box before Sync Product Content Information.
  • Sync selected product: Users can specify listings to sync. For this option, SP sync all listing details by default.

Edit SP SKU

In the SP, each listing is linked to an SP SKU to facilitate product and inventory management. Click here to view the relationship between SP SKUs and listings.

Modifying an SP SKU means updating the linked SP SKU. By clicking the Edit button, a pop-up will display the complete list of all products. Users can search by product name keywords or SP SKU.
