Store Migration
Function Introduction
The shop relocation is an efficient tool provided by SellingPilot, which helps users quickly migrate products from one shop to another without the need for repeated manual editing. The system automatically identifies product information from the source shop using AI and intelligently matches it according to the rules of the target shop, allowing for a quick completion of the product relocation operation.
💡:Currently, SP supports migration from Amazon/Walmart/eBay/Newegg/Shopify/TikTok to corresponding target stores. More channels will be supported in the future.

⚠️ Precautions
- Walmart and eBay currently only support migration from US-based stores.
- If you are migrating products from an Amazon US store to a Newegg Canada store, the system will convert prices based on your set exchange rate.
-
Before moving, it is recommended that users complete the preliminary work first:
- Has the Newegg store opened sales for this category
- Has the brand of the moving products been registered or applied for sale in the Newegg system
- Do the moving products have a UPC, and is it necessary to apply for a UPC exemption
- Does the number of moving products exceed the current account membership limit
Use the guide
There are two ways to move in SP, whole store move and designated SKU move.
Whole store relocation
Step One: Authorize the Store
Before moving the shop, you need to authorize the source store and the target store in the SP system,How to perform store authorization?
After the store authorization is successful, SP will automatically start importing store products and orders. Please be patient and wait for the completion before performing any other operations.
Step 2: Select Migration Stores
Click Products > Store Migration in the menu sequentially. Select the channel and the stores for migration. After selection, SP will count and display the product list from the source channel based on SP's product status, allowing you to filter again.

Step 3: Confirm Migrated Products
The status here is consistent with the product status in SP. You can filter the products to be migrated by checking different statuses. To review the selected products again, click Selected Products to view or export them.

Note: Only seller-fulfilled inventory is displayed here.

How to handle duplicate products?
- Skip: If the migrated products include SKUs already existing in the target store, they will be skipped and not recreated.
- Cope: If the migrated products include SKUs already existing in the target store, a duplicate product will be created with a different store SKU.

Step 4: Set Price/Inventory Sync Rules and Exchange Rate
When migrating to a Newegg store, you can set rules based on the source store's inventory and prices to adjust prices and inventory during migration. Additionally, if migrating products from an Amazon Canada store to a NeweggBusiness store, you need to set the exchange rate.

- Price Adjustment Settings: Increase or decrease by percentage or fixed amount (default is to migrate at the same price).
- Apply Once Only: This sync rule only applies to this migration and has no impact on future price modifications.
- Apply and Establish Automatic Price Link: This sync rule applies to this migration and establishes an automatic price adjustment link. For more details on automatic price adjustment, [refer here].
- Inventory Sync Settings: Increase or decrease by percentage or fixed value (default is to migrate the same inventory). This only applies to this migration and has no impact on future inventory updates.
- Exchange Rate Settings: After setting the exchange rate, the system will convert prices based on your rate if the currencies differ.
Step 5: Start Migration
Before starting the migration, there is an option for Publish Directly. If checked, SP will immediately create and publish products after completing product information matching. If not checked, all migrated products will enter the draft status of the target store.

Click Start and the system will begin intelligent matching and data population. After completion, you can view the products in Listing Management.
Specified SKU Migration
Step 1: Select Products
In Products > Listing Management, under the Amazon/Walmart/eBay/Shopify list, search for and select the products you want to migrate, then click MCopy to Store.

Step 2: Select Target Store and Start Migration
In the pop-up window, confirm the target store for migration, select Auto Mapping, then confirm the migration. The system will start intelligent matching and data population. After completion, you can check it in Listing Management > Corresponding Channel.
Check Confirm and SP will immediately create and publish the products after completing product information matching; if not checked, all migrated products will enter the draft status of the target store.
