Store Migration

Function Introduction

The shop relocation is an efficient tool provided by SellingPilot, which helps users quickly migrate products from one shop to another without the need for repeated manual editing. The system automatically identifies product information from the source shop using AI and intelligently matches it according to the rules of the target shop, allowing for a quick completion of the product relocation operation.

💡:Currently, SP supports moving stores from Amazon/Walmart/ebay/Newegg to Newegg, and will support more channels in the future.

Source Store Target store Is moving supported
Amazon(US) Newegg
Walmart(US) Newegg
Newegg Newegg
eBay(US) Newegg

⚠️ Precautions

  • Amazon, Walmart, and eBay currently only support transferring stores from the US sites to Newegg.
  • When moving from one Newegg store to another, if the prices of the two stores have different currency symbols, SP currently does not support currency conversion. Therefore, please modify the prices before publishing.
  • Before moving, it is recommended that users complete the preliminary work first:

    • Has the Newegg store opened sales for this category
    • Has the brand of the moving products been registered or applied for sale in the Newegg system
    • Do the moving products have a UPC, and is it necessary to apply for a UPC exemption
    • Does the number of moving products exceed the current account membership limit

Use the guide

There are two ways to move in SP, whole store move and designated SKU move.

After the store authorization is successful, SP will automatically start importing store products and orders. Please be patient and wait for the completion before performing any other operations.

Step 2: Choose the moving store

Click the menu in orderProduct>Store relocation,Select channels and moving stores. After selection, SP will compile and display the product list from the source channel based on the status of SP, allowing users to filter again.

  • Copy:If the moving products include SKUs that already exist in the target store, then make a duplicate of the same product using a different store SKU.

Step 4: Set price/inventory synchronization rules

When moving to the Newegg store, users can set certain rules based on the inventory and prices of the source store, allowing for adjustments to prices and inventory according to the established rules during the move.

  • Price markup settings: You can increase or decrease by percentage or fixed amount (the default is to move at the same price).

    • Only effective for this time: This synchronization rule only applies to this move and has no impact on future price changes.
    • This operation establishes automatic price association: this synchronization rule applies to this move, and establishes automatic price adjustment association, more automatic price adjustments can be made.[Refer to here]
  • Inventory synchronization settings: You can increase or decrease by percentage or fixed value (the default is the same inventory relocation), this only applies to this relocation, future inventory updates will have no impact.

Before starting the move, there is a Publish Directly option here. If selected, SP will create and publish the product immediately after matching the product information; if not selected, all products after the move will enter the draft status of the target products.
