Overview

By authorizing your WooCommerce store data to SellingPilot, you can manage and operate your WooCommerce store directly through the SellingPilot platform.

WooCommerce supports two authorization methods:

WooCommerce OAuth 2.0 Authorization

Step 1: Log in to your WooCommerce dashboard to get the Site URL (Address)

Log into your WooCommerce admin panel → Open the "WooCommerce" menu → Click on "Status" → Copy the Site URL (Address)

Step 2: Log into SellingPilot and add store authorization

Log in to SellingPilot > Settings > Sales Channel > Store Integration and Sync > WooCommerce> Add Store > Choose "OAuth 2.0" > Enter your Store Name > Paste the WooCommerce Site URL > Click "Confirm" > Authorization successful.

WooCommerce REST API Authorization

Step 1: Log in to your WooCommerce dashboard to get the Site URL (Address)

Log into your WooCommerce admin panel → Open the "WooCommerce" menu → Click on "Status" → Copy the Site URL (Address)

Step 2: Log into your WooCommerce to obtain the Key/secret

Follow these steps within your WooCommerce admin panel:

  1. Open the "WooCommerce" menu
  2. Click on "Settings"
  3. Switch to the "Advanced" tab
  4. Select "REST API"
  5. Enter a description / Select a user
  6. In the permissions dropdown menu, choose "Read/Write" permission (this must be selected)
  7. Click "Generate API Key"
  8. Copy the Key & secret


Step 3: Log into SellingPilot and add store authorization using the REST API credentials

Log in to SellingPilot > Settings > Sales Channel > Store Integration and Sync > WooCommerce> Add Store > Choose "REST API" > Enter your Store Name > Paste the WooCommerce Site URL > Paste the WooCommerce Key & secret > Click "Confirm" > Authorization successful.
