By authorizing TikTok store data to SellingPilot, you can operate and manage your TikTok store through SellingPilot.

Authorization Tips

1、Store Type: Currently, only TikTok's native US site is supported, with store authorization for beneficiaries in the United States.
2、How to Distinguish Between Cross-border and Native Stores? Log in to the TikTok Seller Center > Seller Profile > Seller Information > Business Type.

Authorization Process

Step 1: Add TikTok Store Authorization in SellingPilot

【Log in to SellingPilot > Settings > Sales Channel > Store Integration and Sync > TikTok > Add Store > Enter the store name and click OK】 images

Step 2: Log in to TikTok and Agree to Authorization

【Redirect to the official TikTok login page > Enter your main seller account information > Select the authorization duration/store > Check the agreement and click Authorize to complete the process】 images

Step 3: Automatically Sync Store Products and Orders Upon Successful Authorization

  1. Once the store authorization is successful, SellingPilot will automatically sync all products from your store and orders from the past three months (this process may take some time).

  2. After the store products and orders are synchronized, you can startOrder Management、managing productsand more operations~

FAQ

Q: After successfully authorizing the TikTok store, will all orders from the store backend be synced to SellingPilot?
A: Due to TikTok platform interface limitations, the initial synchronization of orders can sync a maximum of the most recent month's orders and cannot sync all historical orders.
