Overview

By authorizing your Temu store data to SellingPilot, you can manage and operate your Temu store directly through the SellingPilot platform.

Authorization Tips

we support integration with Temu U.S. local store and cross-border store (U.S. site). You can authorize either a Temu U.S. local store or a cross-border store in the U.S.

Authorize Local Store

Authorization Process

Step 1: Enter the Temu Seller Center, Click Manage your apps > Authorize a new app

Step 2: On the "Authorize App" page, select SellingPilot from the dropdown menu, Check all options under General permissions and Sensitive permissions, Tick the box: "I direct Temu to provide SellingPilot access to my Selling Partner account and related data. I am responsible for any actions taken by the application", Click Submit.

Step 3: Copy the Access token provided by Temu

Step 4: Log in to SellingPilot > Settings > Sales Channel > Store Integration and Sync > Shopify > Add Store > Enter your store name, select Local as the store type > paste the Access Token > Click OK to complete authorization images

Authorize CrossBorder Store

Note: To obtain the Order Fulfillment Access Token, log in to Seller Central, and for the Product Stock Access Token, log in to Cross-Border Seller Center.

Step 1: Obtain Temu Access Token

1.Log in to the Temu Seller Center > Click Seller Central at the top > Select United States as the region

2.Log in to the Temu Seller Center: https://agentseller.temu.com/open-platform/system-manage/client-manage

3.After logging in, Click Authorization Management in the left menu > Click Get Authorization, select 跨境新管家 (SellingPilot’s Chinese name) > Check all options under General authorization and Special authorization > Tick the agreement box and click Confirm

4.After click Confirm, Copy the access_token (to be used in SellingPilot’s Order Fulfillment Access Token field)


Step 2: Obtain Product Stock Access Token

1.Log in to the Temu Seller Center > Click Cross-Border Seller Center at the top > Select United States as the region

2.Click Authorization Management in the left menu > Click Get Authorization > select SellingPilot > Check all options under General authorization and Special authorization > Tick the agreement box and click Confirm

3.After click Confirm, Copy the access_token (to be used in SellingPilot’s Product Stock Access Token field)

4.Log in to SellingPilot > Settings > Sales Channel > Store Integration and Sync > Shopify > Add Store > Enter your store name > select CrossBorder as the store type > paste the Product Stock Access Token > Click OK to complete authorization

Step 3: Automatically Sync Store Products and Orders Upon Successful Authorization

1、Once the store authorization is successful, SellingPilot will automatically sync the store products and orders (this process may take some time).
2、After the store products and orders are synchronized, you can startOrder Managementmanaging productsand more operations~
