Extension Features
SellingPilot currently supports six main features: AI Listing, AI Customer Service, AI Analysis for Customer Reviews, TikTok Creator Assistant, Product Import and Image Collections. Please download and install the extension first, then click the feature menu on the eligible platform or product detail page to use it.
Install the Extension
Chrome or Edge browser users, please click here to download the extension. Edge users please copy the installation link into the Edge address bar to install it. Other browsers are not supported at this time.
How to Use AI Listing
With AI Listing, you can explore relevant product keywords deeply, optimize product listings, and increase product exposure. Below are the usage steps and detailed feature introduction.
Step 1: Visit the Amazon Product Page
- Open your browser and visit amazon.com.
- Go to the product detail page.
- Open the SellingPilot plugin and click the “AI Listing” button.
Note: This feature only supports amazon.com, other websites are not supported yet.
Step 2: Generate Keywords
On the AI Listing Optimization page, you will see the following three sections:
- BSR Ranking: This information will be displayed if it is available on Amazon;Or else it will be hidden.
- Keyword Recommendations: Click on "Generate" to view recommended keywords, including usage scenario keywords and trending topic keywords extracted from user reviews; AI-recommended hot search keywords and product feature keywords, etc.
- Customize Keywords: You can enter your own saved keywords here.
Step 3: Select Keywords to Start Optimization
Check the checkbox in front of the keywords you need, and click the “AI Listing Optimization” button. Then AI will start optimizing the content based on the selected keywords.
Step 4: View Optimization Results
The optimized copy consists of two parts: the product title description and the five bullet points of the product. You can compare the listings before and after optimization. The texts highlighted in blue in the "After" copy are the keywords you selected, so you can see how the keywords are applied in the listings.
How to Use AI Customer Service
Utilize AI Customer Service plugin to easily understand customer email intentions and respond quickly, saving you time and effort. Below are the specific steps.
Step 1: Visit the Platform Message Page
Choose the platform (like Amazon), or click the platform icon on the plugin homepage to log in to the corresponding platform.
Note: This feature currently supports message replies through Outlook, Gmail and also message center from Walmart, Amazon, Newegg, eBay and TikTok seller center.
Step 2: Use AI Reply
Go to the message reply page and click the AI Reply button in the message reply window to start.
Step 3: View AI Suggestions
On the plugin page, you will see the following four sections:

Customer Intent Summary: A summary of the customer's intention to help you quickly understand their needs and respond accordingly, improving customer support efficiency.

Customer Sentiment Analysis: By understanding the customer's emotions, customer support personnel can better understand their needs and provide empathetic and targeted service, improving customer satisfaction.

AI Reply Suggestions: Based on email context and the knowledge base, AI reply suggestions are provided, usually giving three suggested replies. Choose the reply that meets your needs. We recommend clicking the indicated arrow to create your knowledge base for better results.

Customize Reply: If you are not satisfied with all the suggested replies, simply tell AI the content you want to reply, AI will regenerate reply suggestions based on your input.
Step 4: Select and Send Reply
- After selecting the satisfactory reply content, click the “Apply” button, and the reply content will be inserted into the message reply window.
- Click “Send” to quickly reply to the customer.
How to Use AI Insights for Customer Reviews
With the AI Insights for Customer Reviews feature, you can quickly analyze customer reviews, deeply understand user needs, strengthen product competitiveness, and improve customer satisfaction.
Step 1: Choose Supported Channels
Currently, we support Amazon,Newegg and eBay, covering five sites: amazon.com、newegg.com、newegg.ca、neweggbusiness.comand ebay.com. You may also click the platform icon on the plugin homepage to log in to the corresponding website.
Step 2: Initiate Analysis Request
Go to the product detail page and click the AI Insights button to start the analysis, the process takes about 1-5 minutes.
Step 3: View Analysis Results
1. Once the analysis starts, the plugin interface will show the progress. The full insights report includes User Profiles, Most Mentioned Topics, and Purchase Motivations. Data will continue to update until the analysis is completed.
2. When the analysis is completed, the progress will display as 100%. You can then view the full analysis report.
3. Click the indicated section to view the proportion analysis of the same topics.
Note: Due to limited space, the plugin only displays core analysis results. For more detailed data, please visit the SellingPilot website.
How to Use TikTok Creator Assistant
The batch messenging assistant allows you to quickly and efficiently connect with Creators on TikTok and send product promotion invitations on the following pages:
- Find Creators page
- Target Coolaboration Detail page
- Sample Requests("Shipped" and "Content Pending" pages)
Step 1: Filter Creators
- Log in to TikTok Affiliate Center.
- Enter the Find Creators or other eligible interfaces and filter Creators according to your criteria.
- Open the plugin and click “TikTok Creator Assistant”.
Step 2: Set up Invitation Details
- Filter the creators you would like to message from TikTok Page. You can save your fitlers as template, or choose from your existing filters to quickly locate the targeted creators.
- If you already have groups of creators in SellingPilot, you can choose the creator group directly here to send the batch messages.
- If you have your own saved creator list, feel free to paste the creator IDs here and we will be able to batch message them as well.
- Choose a message template. If you haven't created a template, click “Manage Message Templates” to create a template.
- You can also send product along with the message, enter the TikTok product ID here to load the product information.
- Upload promotional pictures through this field.
- Set up proper creator criteria before start the batch messaging, like blacklist or exclude certain creators who have been messaged before.
Step 3: Send Invitations
Click the Send button, and the plugin will begin bulk sending messages. The sending progress updates in real-time. You can pause or restart the task if necessary.
Note: To avoid interrupting the task, please do not close the webpage during the sending process.
How to Use Product Import
The Product Import feature lets you easily colllect product information from Amazon, including prices, images, descriptions, etc. It currently supports single product import, category product import, and all products from one store together.
Step 1: Go to the Amazon Product Page
- Log in to www.amazon.com.
- Go to the product detail page or category product search result page.
- Open the plugin and click the Product Import button, the plugin will add all products on the page to the extraction list.
Step 2: Select and Import Products
1. Select the products you want to import and click “Import”. The page will notify you if the import is successful.
2. Click “View” to enter the SellingPilot Product Management Center to check the products you have imported.
How to Use Image Collection
The image collection feature makes it easy for you to obtain product images from the Amazon platform.
Step 1: Go to the Amazon Product Page
- Log into www.amazon.com.
- Navigate to the product detail page.
- Open the extension and click the Image Collection button. The extension will add all product images from the page to the collection list.
Step 2: Select and Collect Images
1. Check the products images you want to collect and click Collect. A notification will pop up informing you whether the collection was successful.
2. Go to the Product Image Composition feature to view and use the collected product images.
FAQs
Q: Why can't I use the new features of the extension?
A: The extension usually updates automatically after a new version is released. If you are using Chrome, you need to enable your proxy beforehand for the automatic update to work. Otherwise, the update might fail.
