Feature Overview

The Email Templates Library is your dedicated space for creating and managing various email templates. Here, you can design personalized email templates for different business scenarios.

Why You Need Templates

In the rule management section, we explained how to set up rules for auto-email sending. For different business scenarios, you'll need to design different templates to meet these requirements effectively.

How to Create a Template

We currently support two methods for creating templates: AI-generated templates and manual template creation. Access the creation path: Customer Service > Customer Service Management > Email Template Library to open the new template creation interface as shown.

Step 1: Choose a Template Generation Method

If you have an existing template, you can manually create a template by entering the template content into the body and saving it. If you're creating a new email template, enter the content you need in the red box, and AI will assist you in crafting a template suitable for your scenario.

For example: If you need to send buyers a product user manual, asking them to read it carefully and contact you with any questions, enter this information and click "AI Generate." Choose your desired generation language, such as English.

Step 2: Review Template Content and Save

The system will generate the email subject and template body in the selected language, incorporating relevant order variables appropriately. These variables will be replaced with real information when the email is sent. You can also click "Insert Variable" to add more system variables.

Since I'm generating a product user manual, I also need to click the area indicated by the arrow to add an attachment. Once you've confirmed the email template content is accurate, enter the template name in the first red box and click "Save".

View Template Details

After saving, the template will appear in the main interface of the Templates Library. Click on the template name to view details or edit it fruther. Additionally, we provide some preset system templates for sellers to choose from. You can view them by toggling the system templates switch at the top.
