Optimize Store Listings
Scenarios
This feature is ideal for regular upgrades to product titles, key features, and descriptions for existed item listings across your channel stores.

User Guide
Getting Started
Path: Go to AI Tools > AI Generators > Product Listing Builder → Click "New Listing" on the upper right corner→ Select Optimize Store Listing.
Step 1: Select Products
① Select Store: Choose the store containing products to optimize.
② Select Products: The system auto-loads products in Active, Draft, and Inactive status. Check the boxes next to products needing optimization.
You can also use the "Status" filter under "Listing Status" to narrow results， see the highlighted parts in the screenshot below.
For single-product optimization, it's recommended to click "Optimize this one" (arrow icon) to add keywords for targeted refinement. [Click here to learn more]
Step 2: Set up Parameters
In this example, I will set Description Level to "Detailed". And use the default model: GPT-4o. You can also switch to Gemini 1.5 Pro.
Key Notes:
- Only Title, Bullet Points, and Description are optimized for store listings.

Step 3: Generate & Track Progress
① Click "Generate" → The system starts bulk optimization.
② Track Progress:
- Click "Check Real-Time Progress" in the pop-up, OR
- Go to History > Bulk Generation.
- Close the pop-up to start new tasks; results will display after estimated completion time.
③ Filter Results by generation status: Success, Failed, Generating, or Queued.
Review & Save Results
Once the generation is done, you can save optimized content to your channel source store.
① Save Single Field:

To update only specific fields (e.g., only title or bullets), click "Save to Store" next to the field.

To save all fields, click "Save All to Store" at the bottom.
② Bulk Save:

On the results list page, check products you need to save.

Click "Save to Store" on the upper left corner. All optimized contents will be updated to the store.
Note: Re-generating listings in bulk isn’t available yet. You can create a new task if regeneration is needed.
Important Notes
- The above operations will only save copies to your SellingPilot stores and will not be published directlyto sales platforms like Amazon/eBay!
- To publish to sales platforms (e.g., Amazon Drafts):

Viewing History
Historical Generation Records are displayed on the left sidebar, categorized into two sections: Single Generation & Bulk Generation. Optimized listings can be reviewed under the Batch Generation section.
- Locate specific records by entering a SKU or Product Title keywords in the search field.
- Click "View Parameters" (arrow icon) to view original generation parameters.
