Create a Listing from Scratch

This feature is ideal for new product listings on platforms like Amazon, Newegg, Walmart, eBay, TikTok, Shopify, and others. It helps sellers quickly generate channel-compliant product descriptions that meet platform-specific requirements.

Getting Started

Path: Go to AI Tools > AI Generators > Product Listing Builder → Click the "New Listing" button in the top-right corner → Select "Create from Scratch".

We’ll use a “Wireless Noise-Canceling Bluetooth Earbuds” as an example to demonstrate how to create a product listing quickly using AI tools.

Step 1: Add Keywords

Option ① With Reference Product:

Enter a competitor’s ASIN/SKU in the highlighted part→ The system will automatically scrape its title, key features, description, reviews, etc., and use AI to detect feature keywords, high-traffic keywords, and frequently mentioned keywords in reviews → Click to select keywords as needed.

Example: Entering ASIN B0BQPNMXQV may extract keywords like "wireless earbuds" (feature), "water resistant", "dust resistant" (high-traffic), and "daily use" (review keywords). Select core keywords as shown below.

Option ② Without Reference Product:

Click “No, start with a blank listing” → Then manually enter core English keywords (keywords including product type + functionality + usage scenarios). We recommend adding at least 5 keywords for higher accuracy.

Example: Enter "wireless earbuds, water resistant, noise cancelling, gym workout" and add "long battery".

You can input the product keywords in either the Keywords field or the product feature field. For non-English keywords, ensure you click “AI Translate” in the bottom-right corner to auto-convert them to English in the keywords session.

Step 2: Set up Parameters

In this example, I will proceed with the default parameters as shown below.

Step 3: Generate & Optimize

① Generate Copy:

Click “Generate” → The system outputs a full listing (title, bullet points, description, etc.) in ~30 seconds using GPT-4o or Gemini 1.5 Pro (switch models via the dropdown).

  • If a reference product was used, results show original(before) and optimized(after) versions side-by-side for easy comparison.

  • Character counts display for each field (e.g., 127/200), indicating platform compliance.

② Regenerate:

Click “Regenerate” next to any field → Enter specific instructions (e.g., “Make bullet points more concise”) → AI will rewrite the content. However, please note that each regeneration will consume one usage credit.

③ Multilingual Preview:

Click “Change Results Language” (top-right) to toggle between English/Simplified Chinese/Traditional Chinese. Be sure to verify terminology accuracy.

Lastly, click “Copy All” at the bottom to copy and paste the optimized copy into your target platform.

Viewing Results

All generated listings will appear under Single Generation or Bulk Generation in the left panel. Listings created from scratch are found under Single Generation. You can:

  • Search history by SKU or product title keywords.
  • Click “Edit” to modify parameters and regenerate a new listing.
  • Use the top-right version selector to compare historical iterations.

Important Notes

⚠️ AI-generated content requires manual review! Never copy-paste directly to avoid inaccuracies or infringement.

  • Verify Claims: Ensure unsupported features (e.g., “waterproof”) include evidence (e.g., IP ratings).
  • Filter Prohibited Terms: Remove subjective guarantees (e.g., “100% satisfaction”) or regulated claims (e.g., “eco-friendly,” “antibacterial”).
  • Compliance: Ensure listings adhere to platform policies (e.g., no unauthorized brand names).
