The AI Customer Review Insights feature provides you with multi-dimensional customer demand insights by deeply mining customer product reviews. It helps you to deeply understand customer needs and market trends, improve product competitiveness, and achieve business growth.
Amazon.com, Newegg.com, Newegg.ca,NeweggBusiness.com and eBay.com are supported for now, more platforms are coming soon.

How to Use AI Insights-Customer Review
Access AI Tools > AI Insights-Customer Review.
Step 1: Initiating an AI Analysis Request
Enter the product model or Amazon ASIN number in the search box. Then click on AI Analysis button at the end of the selected product from the search results to trigger the analysis.
Note: If your product is not listed or it shows there is no result, please provide the product ASIN number from Amazon directly. Our team will follow up on your request. Once the analysis report is generated, the analysis task will be marked as NEW, which makes it convenient for you to review the analysis results later.
Step 2: Viewing AI Analysis Results
Once the analysis request is submitted, the system will start the analysis and show the progress on the interface, see the highlighted parts below. You can also easily tell which channel the reviews are from according to the platform icon.
It will provide a comprehensive breakdown of customer reviews in three key areas.
① Customer Profile: Discover the demographics of your ideal customer, including age, location, purpose and time to use the product. This helps you target your marketing efforts more effectively.
② Review Breakdown:
- Pros: See what customers love about your product! This highlights your strengths and areas for further promotions. For instance: 69% of the customers mentioned they liked the "Sound Quality" of the earbuds and thought it was unique and fantastic.
- Cons: Identify areas for improvement by understanding what customers dislike. Use this feedback to optimize your product. For instance: While people liked the sounds quality, 13% people mentioned that the "Battery life" is a concern as it would drop to 90% after just 2 hours use. Obviously people expects more on the battery life.
You can also compare the same topics customer mentioned and see how many of the customers liked them and how many of them don't.
③ Purchase Motivation: Understand why customers choose your product, see listed below. This insight helps you refine your product design and marketing strategy.

On the right side of the page, you can conveniently view all generated records and quickly retrieve historical analysis results. "New" means the analysis is newly generated but you have not checked the analysis results yet.
