Inventory Transactions

Overview

After successful inventory receipt/shipment or edits, stock levels dynamically update. On the Inventory Transaction page, you can monitor changes in inventory quantities and average costs, along with associated transaction types and unique reference numbers for each movement.

User Guide

1. Query Transactions
2. Multi-dimensional filtering options: filter by warehouse, transaction category, or custom date range.

3. Quickly locate specific product records using SP SKU or product name search.

5. Comprehensive logging of timestamps, operators, business types, and other critical metadata for every change.
6. Real-time tracking of inventory status shifts across four states (available/reserved/in-transit/total).

7. Linked to source documents (e.g., order IDs), creating an end-to-end audit trail from stock adjustments back to original transactions.
