Manual Inbound

Feature Introduction

Manual inbound refers to the process of creating an inbound to add products to a Self-owned Warehouse, update the inventory, and generate an inventory journal at the same time.

Feature Usage Steps

Step 1:Open the Manual Inbound page:

Step 1:Create Inbound

1、Select a warehouse: Select the warehouse for stock-in, this is a required field.
2、Select a Inbound Type: Select the Inbound Type, such as normal Inbound Type, return Inbound Type, or inventory surplus Inbound Type. If none of the types match your current Inbound Type scenario, you can create or Manage Type through 'Manage Types'.
3、Add a Comments: You can enter Inbound Comments, this is optional.
4、Select Product: Click to choose the products to be Inbound from the pop-up window.
5、Select Stock Location: Choose the designated Stock Location in the current warehouse for the products. If the products are already stocked in, the Stock Location will be displayed by default.
6、Inbound Qty: Enter the quantity of products to be Inbound.
7、Unit Cost(USD): Enter the unit Cost of the products for this Inbound.
8、Save as Draft: Set this Inbound as pending, allowing you to complete the Inbound process later.
9、Submit Inbound: Inbound the selected products to the specified warehouse and stock location. This Inbound will be marked as completed, updating the inventory and generating inventory records.

After successful inbound, you can printing lists
