SBN Warehouse

Feature Introduction

The SBN Platform Warehouse refers to the "Newegg SBN Warehouse." After successfully authorizing a Newegg store in SellingPilot, you need to authorize the warehouse on the SBN Warehouse page. The system will then synchronize the corresponding SBN warehouse SKUs into SellingPilot. By Mapping SBN warehouse products with SellingPilot SP SKUs (Product>Product Management>Create Product Pool), your orders can be shipped through the SBN warehouse. SBN Warehouse page

  • After authorization, the SBN warehouse supports multi-channel fulfillment.
  • After authorization, you can directly view SBN inventory status and aging information.
  • After authorization, you can set up automated fulfillment processes for the SBN warehouse. Logistic Rules

Feature Usage Steps

Step 1: authorize the Newegg store

Settings > Sales Channel > Store Integration and Sync > Newegg > Add Store > Complete store authorization.

Step 2: Enable warehouse authorization and set product mapping

Click the "Warehouse Authorization Management" button, toggle the "Enable Warehouse" switch in the pop-up window, and click the "Authorization" button.

  • To automatically match SBN warehouse SKUs with SP SKUs during synchronization, checked the "Enable automatic SKU matching" option and select the desired matching rule.
  • To manually match SBN SKUs with SP SKUs, leave the "Enable automatic SKU matching" option unchecked.
  • To deauthorize an already authorized SBN warehouse, toggle off the "Enable Warehouse" switch and click "Authorization".

Manual product mapping

To manually match specific or a small number of warehouse SKUs, follow these steps:
1. Select the target warehouse SKU from the query results list.
2. Click the "Mapping" button on the right.
3. In the Mapping SP SKU pop-up, choose the SP SKU to map.
4. Click the "Select" button to complete the mapping.

Import product mapping

Click "Import Product mapping", download the template on the pop-up page, and import the warehouse SPU and SP SKU mapping table to complete the mapping.
If you prefer organizing SKU mappings in Excel and wish to batch upload them, use this feature.

Batch automatic mapping

Click the "Batch Automatic Mapping" button and set the mapping conditions on the pop-up page to complete the mapping.

This is suitable for scenarios where warehouse SKUs and SP SKUs follow specific naming patterns, such as:

  • Warehouse SKUs and SP SKUs being identical.
  • Shared key fields in their codes (e.g., the same middle 6 digits).
  • Other definable coding correspondence rules.

Sync inventory

Inventory and aging data is automatically synchronized and updated daily at midnight (Pacific Time). If the inventory information appears outdated, click the "Sync inventory" button to update it.

  • For a full inventory refresh, simply click the "Sync inventory" button. A full refresh does not trigger inventory aging updates.

  • To refresh the latest inventory and aging information for specific warehouse SKUs, first select the relevant data in the list, then click the "Sync inventory" button.

After completing the above steps, your orders can be fulfilled through the SBN warehouse. Order Fulfillment

List Information Overview

  • The SBN warehouse displays available inventory, reserved inventory, and total inventory.

  • Supports displaying inventory aging information, categorized into: 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 91-180 days, 181-365 days, and 366+ days.

  • The "Last Edited" column indicates when the warehouse product and SP SKU mapping was made. The "Sync Date" column shows the latest SBN inventory synchronization time.

FAQ

Q:Can UnMapped SBN warehouse products be shipped through SellingPilot?
A:SBN warehouse products need to be Mapped with SellingPilot products (Product>Product Management>Create Product Pool) to be shipped through SellingPilot. UnMapped SBN warehouse products cannot be shipped through SellingPilot.

Q:Do SBN warehouse products support inventory modification?
A:Products in the SBN warehouse that have been Mapped can be shipped via SellingPilot, but currently, modifying the inventory of SBN warehouse products is not supported. you can look out for updates in future versions.

Q: How often are SBN warehouse products synchronized? What should I do if the inventory appears outdated?
A: SBN warehouse products are automatically synchronized daily at midnight (Pacific Time). If the inventory seems outdated, use the "Sync Inventory" button on the page for real-time updates.

Q: Why is inventory aging information not visible after authorizing the SBN warehouse?
A: Inventory aging information is synchronized with a one-day delay.

Q: After authorizing the SBN warehouse, can it support multi-channel fulfillment? For example, can Amazon orders be fulfilled via SBN?
A: Once authorized, multi-channel fulfillment is supported. Amazon orders can indeed be fulfilled through SBN.
