Purchase Management
Purchase management module is designed to help sellers efficiently manage the entire process of procurement, covering warehouse selection, supplier management, purchase order tracking, status updates, and information modification. Through this module, you can monitor the progress of procurement in real-time and optimize supply chain efficiency.
Purchase Order Inquiry:
You can select a warehouse or supplier from the dropdown menu or enter the purchase order number/SP SKU/purchase order note, and the system will quickly filter out the relevant purchase order information.
Purchase Order Status Management:
To-Purchased:
Procurement needs that have not yet been processed.
In Transit:
The purchase order has been placed, and the purchased goods are in transit. At this time, the inventory status of the items in the purchase order is reflected as in-transit inventory in the warehouse.
Partial Received:
When goods arrive in batches, the status is marked as partially received. At this point, the inventory status of the received goods is updated to available stock, while the unreceived goods remain as in-transit inventory (at this stage, you may also choose to "mark the purchase order as completed," which will release the unreceived inventory).
Completed:
For purchase orders where all goods have been received and the process is completed, the inventory status of the newly purchased items is updated to available stock.
Voided:
A purchase order that has been cancelled for various reasons and cannot be operated on anymore.
Document Printing
You can print the purchase list (which allows for quick generation and printing of detailed purchase order information, including product SKU, quantity purchased, receipt status, and total price, supporting PDF download or direct printing for offline verification and archiving), or print SKU labels.
Add Purchase Order
When you need to make a purchase, you can use the "Add Purchase Order" function to select the products you want to purchase, the quantity and price of the products, the warehouse for storage, the supplier, the expected delivery time, notes, and other information. The system will automatically record the creation time for easy follow-up tracking. At the same time, we also provide the "Save as Purchase Draft" function on the add purchase order page for you to continue with the formal order next time.
