Feature Introduction

Authorize your 3PL Warehouse account to SellingPilot, activate the 3PL Warehouse you are using, and complete the 3PL Warehouse logistics channel setup. Your orders can then be shipped through the 3PL Warehouse. images

  • After authorization, you can directly view 3PL inventory status and aging information.
  • After authorization, you can set up automated fulfillment processes for the 3PL warehouse. Logistic Rules

Feature Usage Steps

Step 1：3PL Warehouse Account Authorization：

In the authorization pop-up window:

  • To automatically match 3PL warehouse SKUs with SP SKUs during synchronization, checked the "Enable automatic SKU matching" option and select the desired matching rule.

  • To manually match 3PL SKUs with SP SKUs, leave the "Enable automatic SKU matching" option unchecked.

Winit

If your 3PL Warehouse service provider is 'Winit': Warehouse > 3PL Warehouse > Warehouse Settings > Add Authorization > Select Service Provider:'Winit' > Set the service provider name > Select the warehouse you are using > Authorize > Enter your 'Winit' account/password and click authorize > Authorization successful

EDA Cloud

If your 3PL Warehouse service provider is 'EDA Cloud': Warehouse > 3PL Warehouse > Warehouse Settings > Add Authorization > Select Service Provider:'EDA Cloud' > Set the service provider name > Enter your 'EDA Cloud' account/password and click authorize > Refresh Warehouse List > Select the warehouse you are using > Authorize > Authorization successful

Note: Before authorizing your EDA Cloud account, you need to enable ERP authorization in the EDA Cloud OMS (otherwise, the EDA Cloud account authorization will fail). Operation path: Log in to the EDA Cloud OMS system, click Settings -> Platform Authorization -> ERP Authorization, and click [Add Authorization],In the pop-up window, enter the account name, username, and password authorization information. A screenshot of the EDA Cloud OMS system is shown below (for detailed operations, it is recommended to consult EDA Cloud customer service):

Newegg 3PL

If your 3PL Warehouse service provider is 'Newegg 3PL': Warehouse > 3PL Warehouse > Warehouse Settings > Add Authorization > Select Service Provider:'Newegg 3PL' > Set the service provider name > Enter your 'Newegg 3PL' Client ID/Client Secret and click authorize > Authorize > Authorization successful

GoodCang

If your 3PL Warehouse service provider is 'GoodCang': Warehouse > 3PL Warehouse > Warehouse Settings > Add Authorization > Select Service Provider:'GoodCang' > Set the Account Name > Enter your 'GoodCang' AppToken/AppKey and click authorize > Refresh Warehouse List > Select the warehouse you are using > Authorize > Authorization successful

Note: Before authorizing your GoodCang account，To obtain the AppToken/AppKey in GoodCang OMS, follow these steps: Log in to the GWC OMS system，Click My->Programmer Information ->Select Overseas Warehouse ->Capy AppToken/AppKey

SkuVault

If your 3PL Warehouse service provider is 'SkuVault': Warehouse > 3PL Warehouse > Warehouse Settings > Add Authorization > Select Service Provider:'SkuVault' > Set the service provider name > Enter your 'SkuVault' Email/User Password and click authorize > Authorize > Authorization successful

Step 2：Enable 3PL Warehouse Logistics Service：

  • 3PL warehouses offer many logistics options, if you want a specific warehouse to use only certain logistics services, just choose accordingly.

  • The platform mandates that only officially approved logistics services can be used, so you must configure the mapping between warehouse logistics and channel-approved logistics.

images images images Logistics > Logistics Settings > 3PL Logistics > Expand the corresponding service provider > Expand the warehouse you are using > Enable your logistics method > Complete the channel logistics setup > Confirm > Enable successfully

Step 3：Complete the Mapped of 3PL Logistics products with SellingPilot products (Product>Product Management>Create Product Pool)：

For Manual Matching, Path:
Warehouse > 3PL Warehouse > Inventory List > Mapping > Select SellingPilot Product (Product>Product Management>Create Product Pool) > Mapping Successful

For Batch Matching, Path:
Warehouse > 3PL Warehouse > Inventory List > Import Product Mapping > Download Template > Fill in Excel as per template > Upload to Complete Mapping

FAQ

Q: Can the authorized warehouse list for 3PL warehouses be edited or reselected? Will reselecting sync the new warehouse SKUs to SellingPilot?

A: Yes, you can edit or reselect warehouses. Simply click "Edit Warehouse" on the page to make changes. After reselecting, the new warehouse SKUs will automatically trigger a sync to update the 3PL warehouse SKUs in SellingPilot.
