Feature Introduction

3PL Warehouse products come from authorized 3PL Warehouse. After mapping the 3PL Warehouse products with SellingPilot products (Product>Product Management>Create Product Pool), you can also complete the mapping through bulk import. Once the mapping is complete, your orders can be shipped from the 3PL Warehouse.

Manual product mapping

To manually match specific or a small number of warehouse SKUs, follow these steps:
1. Select the target warehouse SKU from the query results list.
2. Click the "Mapping" button on the right.
3. In the Mapping SP SKU pop-up, choose the SP SKU to map.
4. Click the "Select" button to complete the mapping.

Import product mapping

Click "Import Product mapping", download the template on the pop-up page, and import the warehouse SPU and SP SKU mapping table to complete the mapping.
If you prefer organizing SKU mappings in Excel and wish to batch upload them, use this feature.

Batch automatic mapping

Click the "Batch Automatic Mapping" button and set the mapping conditions on the pop-up page to complete the mapping.

This is suitable for scenarios where warehouse SKUs and SP SKUs follow specific naming patterns, such as:

  • Warehouse SKUs and SP SKUs being identical.
  • Shared key fields in their codes (e.g., the same middle 6 digits).
  • Other definable coding correspondence rules.

Sync inventory

Inventory and aging data is automatically synchronized and updated daily at midnight (Pacific Time). If the inventory information appears outdated, click the "Sync inventory" button to update it.

  • For a full inventory refresh, simply click the "Sync inventory" button. A full refresh does not trigger inventory aging updates.

  • To refresh the latest inventory and aging information for specific warehouse SKUs, first select the relevant data in the list, then click the "Sync inventory" button.

List Information Overview

  • The 3PL warehouse displays available inventory, in-Transit inventory,reserved inventory, and total inventory.

  • Supports displaying inventory aging information, categorized into: 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 91-180 days, 181-365 days, and 366+ days.

  • The "Last Edited" column indicates when the warehouse product and SP SKU mapping was made. The "Sync Date" column shows the latest inventory synchronization time.

FAQ

Q：Can UnMapped 3PL Warehouse products be shipped through SellingPilot?
A：3PL Warehouse products need to be Mapped with SellingPilot products (Product>Product Management>Create Product Pool) to be shipped through SellingPilot. UnMapped 3PL Warehouse products cannot be shipped through SellingPilot.

Q：Do 3PL Warehouse products support inventory modification?
A：shipped 3PL Warehouse products can be shipped through SellingPilot, but modifying 3PL Warehouse inventory is not supported at this time. you can look out for updates in future versions.

Q: Why is inventory aging information not visible after authorizing the 3PL warehouse?
A: Inventory aging information is synchronized with a one-day delay.

Q: Why do some 3PL warehouse products never show inventory age information?
A: Some 3PL warehouse service providers (e.g., Winit, Newegg Logistics) do not support inventory age api service. As a result, SellingPilot cannot display their inventory age data.
