FBA Warehouse

Feature Introduction

The FBA Platform Warehouse refers to "Amazon FBA Warehouse." After successfully authorizing an Amazon store in SellingPilot, you need to authorize the warehouse on the FBA Warehouse page. The system will then synchronize the corresponding FBA warehouse SKUs into SellingPilot. By Mapping FBA warehouse products with SellingPilot local products (Product>Product Management>Create Product Pool), your orders can be fulfilled through the FBA warehouse. FBA Warehouse page

  • After authorization, the FBA warehouse supports multi-channel fulfillment.
  • After authorization, you can directly view FBA inventory status and aging information.
  • After authorization, you can set up automated fulfillment processes for the FBA warehouse. Logistic Rules

Feature Usage Steps

Step 1: authorize the Amazon store

Settings > Sales Channel > Store Integration and Sync > Amazon > Add Store > Complete store authorization.
Note: Please check the countries/regions where you need to activate the marketplace.

Step 2: Enable warehouse authorization and set product mapping**

Click the "Warehouse Authorization Management" button, toggle the "Enable Warehouse" switch in the pop-up window, and click the "Authorization" button.
Note: Amazon now supports multi-country operations. To enable FBA services for a specific country, simply turn on the "Enable Warehouse" switch for the corresponding country's FBA authorization.

  • To automatically match FBA warehouse SKUs with SP SKUs during synchronization, check the "Enable automatic SKU matching" option and select the desired matching rule.
  • To manually match FBA SKUs with SP SKUs, leave the "Enable automatic SKU matching" option unchecked.
  • To deauthorize an already authorized FBA warehouse, toggle off the "Enable Warehouse" switch and click "Authorization".

Manual product mapping

To manually match specific or a small number of warehouse SKUs, follow these steps:
1. Select the target warehouse SKU from the query results list.
2. Click the "Mapping" button on the right.
3. In the Mapping SP SKU pop-up, choose the SP SKU to map.
4. Click the "Select" button to complete the mapping.

Import product mapping

Click "Import Product mapping", download the template on the pop-up page, and import the warehouse SPU and SP SKU mapping table to complete the mapping.
If you prefer organizing SKU mappings in Excel and wish to batch upload them, use this feature.

Batch automatic mapping

Click the "Batch Automatic Mapping" button and set the mapping conditions on the pop-up page to complete the mapping.

This is suitable for scenarios where warehouse SKUs and SP SKUs follow specific naming patterns, such as:

  • Warehouse SKUs and SP SKUs being identical.
  • Shared key fields in their codes (e.g., the same middle 6 digits).
  • Other definable coding correspondence rules.

Sync inventory

Inventory and aging data is automatically synchronized and updated daily at midnight (Pacific Time). If the inventory information appears outdated, click the "Sync inventory" button to update it(manual refresh only updates inventory data, not aging information).

  • For a full inventory refresh, simply click the "Sync inventory" button.

  • To refresh the latest inventory information for specific warehouse SKUs, first select the relevant data in the list, then click the "Sync inventory" button.

After completing the above steps, your orders can be fulfilled through the SBN warehouse. Order Fulfillment

List Information Overview

  • The FBA warehouse displays available inventory,inbound inventory,reserved inventory, and total inventory.

  • Supports displaying inventory aging information, categorized into: 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 91-180 days, 181-365 days, and 366+ days.

  • The "Last Edited" column indicates when the warehouse product and SP SKU mapping was made. The "Sync Date" column shows the latest FBA inventory synchronization time.

FAQ

Q：Can UnMapped FBA warehouse products be shipped through SellingPilot?
A：FBA warehouse products need to be Mapped with SellingPilot products (Product>Product Management>Create Product Pool) to be shipped through SellingPilot. UnMapped FBA warehouse products cannot be shipped through SellingPilot.

Q：Do FBA warehouse products support inventory modification?
A：Products in the FBA warehouse that have been Mapped can be shipped via SellingPilot, but currently, modifying the inventory of FBA warehouse products is not supported. you can look out for updates in future versions.

Q: How often are FBA warehouse products synchronized? What should I do if the inventory appears outdated?
A: FBA warehouse products are automatically synchronized daily at midnight (Pacific Time). If the inventory seems outdated, use the "Sync Inventory" button on the page for real-time updates.

Q: Why is inventory aging information not visible after authorizing the FBA warehouse?
A: Inventory aging information is synchronized with a one-day delay.

Q: After authorizing the FBA warehouse, can it support multi-channel fulfillment? For example, can Newegg orders be fulfilled via FBA?
A: Once authorized, multi-channel fulfillment is supported. Newegg orders can indeed be fulfilled through FBA.
