Logistic Rules

Overview

Set logistics rules to automatically purchase labels, allocate warehouses, and assign logistics channels for orders that meet the criteria. After successfully creating a logistics rule, please enable it in the logistics rule list. When multiple logistics rules are created, you can drag the rule numbers to set the priority.

Function Introduction:

  1. Rule Name: Enter a name for the newly created logistics rule (required field).

  2. E-commerce Platform: Select the platform(s) where your authorized stores operate. Multiple selections allowed (required field).

  3. Store: Further select specific stores based on your chosen platforms. Multiple selections allowed (optional field).

  4. Shipping Method: Choose corresponding "shipping method" conditions for selected platforms. Multiple selections allowed (required field).

  5. Store Warehouse (Amazon Channel Only): Optionally designate specific FBA warehouses for Amazon channels.

  6. Country/Region (Shipping Address): Filter orders by recipient addresses in the US or Canada (optional field).

  7. State(Shipping Address): Narrow down to specific states/provinces for order filtering (optional field).

  8. SP SKU: Specify SellingPilot local product SKUs (from Products > Master List). Enter multiple SKUs separated by commas or spaces (optional field).

  9. Store SKU: Enter e-commerce platform product SKUs. Supports multiple entries separated by commas or spaces (optional field).

  10. Product Size: Set length/width/height ranges for individual items (units: cm or inches).

  11. Product Weight: Define weight ranges or thresholds for all/single items. Unit options include g/kg/oz/lb.

  12. Quantity per Order: Set quantity conditions like range limits or exact values.

  13. Order Value: Apply monetary filters using ranges or boundaries. Currency options: USD/CAD.

  14. Warehouse: Assign fulfillment centers for matching orders (required field).

  15. Carrier: Designate shipping partners responsible for delivery (required field).

  16. Logistics Channel: Select available service routes from carriers. If none appear, verify activation status under Path: Logistics > Settings > Carriers/Overseas Warehouse Logistics > Enable relevant services View setup guide.

  17. Add Warehouse (Smart Allocation): When configuring multiple warehouses, input postal codes for each. System prioritizes shipments from nearest facility based on proximity principle, enabling intelligent distribution.

  18. Auto Buy Label (MCF Order): When enabled, automatically matches logistics channels and generates shipping labels/pickup lists. When disabled, only assigns warehouses manually; requires manual label purchase/processing.



Step 2: Enable the logistics rule and set the priority: Logistic/Logistic Settings/Logistic Rules/ > Select "Enable" and set the priority appropriately.

Execute historical orders(You can choose to Execute all historical orders or Execute all pending orders):
Execute all historical orders:The enabled logistics rules will execute all pending and to-ship orders in priority order.
Execute all pending orders:The enabled logistics rules will execute all pending orders (excluding to-ship orders) in priority order.。
