Logistic Rules
Logistics Rule Description:Set logistics rules to automatically purchase labels, allocate warehouses, and assign logistics channels for orders that meet the criteria. After successfully creating a logistics rule, please enable it in the logistics rule list. When multiple logistics rules are created, you can drag the rule numbers to set the priority.
Feature Usage Steps
Step 1: Create Logistics Rules:

1、Rule Name:
Enter a rule name for the newly created logistics rule. This field is required.
2、Platform:
Select the e-commerce platform(s) to which your authorized stores belong. Multiple selections are allowed. This field is required.
3、Store:
Based on your selected e-commerce platform, further select stores. Multiple selections are allowed. This field is optional.
4、Shipment method:
Select the corresponding "Shipment method" conditions for your chosen e-commerce platform. Multiple selections are allowed. This field is required.
5、SP SKU:
Specify the SKU of the local products in SellingPilot (Products > Product List). You can enter multiple SKUs, separated by "," or " ". This field is optional.
6、Store SKU:
Your e-commerce platform store product SKUs. You can enter multiple SKUs, separated by "," or " ". This field is optional.
7、Shipping Address(Country/Region):
You can choose the order recipient address conditions for the United States or Canada, including their respective states/provinces. This field is optional.
8、Warehouse:
Set the fulfillment warehouse for eligible orders. This field is required.
9、Logistics Carrier/Carrier:
Set logistics channels for eligible orders. If no logistics channels are available, please check whether you have enabled the logistics services (Path: Logistics > Logistics Settings > Logistics Providers or Overseas Warehouse Logistics > Expand the specified logistics provider services and enable the logistics services you are using). 10、Auto Buy Label:
If automatic purchase of face orders is turned on, the order will automatically match the logistics channel and purchase face orders or outbound orders. If not turned on, only the shipping warehouse will be automatically selected for the order, and the order will need to manually purchase the face order or outbound order.
11、Add Warehouses (Smart Inventory Allocation):
When configuring multiple warehouses, please enter the zip code for each warehouse. The system will automatically apply the "nearest-first" principle to prioritize the warehouse closest to the buyer for shipping, achieving intelligent inventory allocation.
Step 2: Enable the logistics rule and set the priority:
Logistic/Logistic Settings/Logistic Rules/ > Select "Enable" and set the priority appropriately.
Execute historical orders(You can choose to Execute all historical orders or Execute all pending orders):
Execute all historical orders:The enabled logistics rules will execute all pending and to-ship orders in priority order.
Execute all pending orders:The enabled logistics rules will execute all pending orders (excluding to-ship orders) in priority order.。
