Northern American Logistics Carriers

Feature Introduction: Currently,Northern American Logistics Carriers support USPS, UPS, and FedEx logistics providers, as well as ShipStation, Stamps, and Shippo shipping aggregators. By authorizing your logistics provider accounts to SellingPilot, your self-operated warehouse products in the United States can utilize the corresponding logistics providers for shipping.

First, Select the corresponding logistics provider and authorize the account to SellingPilot.

Account Authorization Instructions

1、Logistics Account: Obtain the API key in the user center of your logistics service provider or by contacting your service provider.

2、Customs Declaration Settings: This is the process of declaring the items you are shipping internationally. This can be ignored if you are not shipping internationally.

Usage Scenario 1: Using North American Freight Forwarder for Order Fulfillment

Note: Only self-owned warehouse goods located in the United States can use the Northern American Freight Forwarder for shipping.

Usage Scenario 2: Using Northern American logistics carriers in Logistic Rules to Automatically Purchase Shipping Labels and Complete Fulfillment.

Chinese logistics carriers

Chinese logistics carriers support 4PX and YunExpress.

Feature Introduction: Authorize the logistics provider's account to SellingPilot and complete the logistics settings. When processing orders in SellingPilot, you can select this logistics channel to complete the printing and shipping.

Logistics Provider - 4PX Logistics Authorization

Logistics Provider Authorization Instructions: Authorize the 4PX account to SellingPilot and complete the logistics settings. When processing orders, you can select this logistics channel to complete the printing and shipping.

Functional precautions: A single SellingPilot account supports the authorization of multiple 4PX accounts. Simply add each logistics account one by one for authorization. Additionally, the same 4PX account can be authorized to multiple SellingPilot accounts.

Operation Steps：

Step 1：Logistics Account Authorization: Logistic/Logistic Settings/Logistics Carriers > Chinese logistics carriers > Find '4PX' > Add Authorization > Enter Logistics Company Name > Log in to 4PX > Complete Authorization

Step 2：Enable the Logistics Method and Complete the Channel Settings：
1. Upload the product website: According to the logistics provider's requirements, some channels of this logistics provider need to upload the "product URL" to the logistics provider's system. If you do not agree, some channels may not be able to obtain the tracking number normally.
2. Set the corresponding logistics method for the platform: You only need to accurately set the logistics mapping of the authorized platform. The mapping of other platforms can be filled in arbitrarily. The mapping needs to be confirmed with the logistics service provider. After shipping, the platform will display the mapping name you filled in.
3. Shipping Label Print Setting: The logistics provider offers logistics waybill paper configuration. You can choose to print the sorting code (print position adjustable) and other additional information as needed.
4. Declaration amount setting: Set the maximum and minimum customs declaration amounts for the channel. It can be left unset, and the default product declaration information will be used.
5. Weight Limit: Set the package weight limit. When the shipping package exceeds the maximum weight, a warning prompt will appear.
6. Pickup/Return:
- Domestic Return: When enabled, returns will be made if an issue occurs during domestic transportation. - International Return: When enabled, returns will be made if an issue occurs during international delivery. - Signature Service: When enabled, the package requires a face-to-face signature upon delivery. This service usually incurs an additional fee from the logistics provider. - Commercial Invoice: Indicates whether to provide a commercial invoice to the consumer, mainly used for DHL logistics. - Tariff Payer: The default is None. You can choose Sender Pays or Receiver Pays to Tariff Payer.

After completing the above account authorization and logistics channel settings, you can select this logistics channel to complete the printing and shipping when processing orders.

Logistics Provider - YunExpress Authorization

Logistics Provider Authorization Instructions: Authorize the YunExpress account to SellingPilot and complete the logistics settings. When processing orders, you can select this logistics channel to complete the printing and shipping.

Functional precautions：A single SellingPilot account supports the authorization of multiple YunExpress accounts. Simply add each logistics account one by one for authorization. Additionally, the same YunExpress account can be authorized to multiple SellingPilot accounts.

Feature Usage Steps：

Step 1：Logistics Account Authorization： Logistics > Logistics Settings > Logistics Providers > Chinese Logistics Providers > Find "YunExpress" > Add Authorization > Enter the logistics company name > YunExpress customer code and YunExpress API key (contact YunExpress sales personnel to obtain) > Complete Authorization

Step 2：Enable the Logistics Method and Complete the Channel Settings：
Complete the setup by following Step 2 as shown above for 4PX.
